Always a 30 min wait, you forgot my nuggets, and the DR pepper is flat. I love Burger King but this location is horrible. I’ll just go spend more money at Hardee’s. To many times this happens…

My husband came through the drive thru last Friday afternoon. He ordered my whopper with no cheese or onion. He ordered himself a whopper with cheese and fries. He did not get a receipt. He got home with his whopper and fries but not my whopper. I called to speak to the manager. A man with an unintelligible name answered and said he was the manager. I told him I needed my whopper brought to me. We live in Lascassas so driving back there was not an option. Especially in light of the fact they made the mistake. This so called manager said we could stop by and get the burger. I told him this isn’t rocket science or heart surgery. He said do I want to come there and work? I said no that I went to college to get an education so I didn’t have to work with stupid. He then said to me I was stupid. He hung up on me. I called back and told him that I didn’t appreciate him calling me stupid. He said I called him stupid which I did not do. I asked for the district manager’s name. He said he was the district manager. Yeah right. I contacted the corporate headquarters. I was told in writing I could get a voucher for a hamburger worth $5.00 if I responded. Well no thanks. I explained my dissatisfaction with the food, no receipt and the extraordinary rude manager. I gave my phone numbers so I could be called. No response no call. No surprise.If the “manager” had only given me a sincere apology and arranged for us to stop by for a replacement at a later date, all would be well. Instead I got no such offer and a rude, smart mouthed “manager.” He is stupid. If he wasn’t he’d know how to handle an unhappy customer.Corporate hasn’t called and I’m certain they won’t. Doing business like this will eventually bring Burger King’s closure.As for me - good bye BK forever.

Kind of run down and definitely short staffed. Food was good and hot. At drive thru it took a long time before order was taken and they weren't busy.

I ordered 2 little chicken wraps and they were like chewing on leather. It took them 20 minutes in the drive thru on a Sunday at 2 pm.. don't waste your money on this one. They will close soon enough and build a better place on that lot.

Took my niece to get some food thru the drive-through last weekend. Shelly, who just transferred there from Cookeville, was working the window. She is great! Such wonderful customer service and on top of everything. She is an incredible asset to the corporation in this location.

if i could leave negative stars i would..i waited 10 mins to order when i was the only one inside..i ordered a sauage & egg biscuit NO CHEESE. the person gave me a SEC croissant...my boyfriend went up to fix the issue the person still made him pay for it and they charged him for a egg & cheese biscuit minutes later finally get the biscuit and guess what it's just a egg & cheese biscuit. we didn't say nothing and just left because clearly the person wasn't understanding anything. i say "person" because you couldn't tell if they was a boy or girl.(no offense) all we wanted was a simple sauage & eggi biscuit but they seemed too worry about their drive thru to even focus on the lobby customers. wont ever come back to this BK. i hope someone reaches out to fix the issue.

A doordasher tampered with my food and instead of telling me off and being mean, the District Manager went put of his way to make it right and he personally sought to it. I couldn't ask for more professional and caring people to have taken care of mine and my families concern. I will 100% be ordering from this establishment again! Thank you again Ron!

Ordered 4 sandwiches, 1 large fries, and 1 large onion ring at the drive thru. Waited 10 minutes in line to get to the window. Once there, had to double check the order to make sure it was complete (it wasn't). Arrived home 10 minutes later to find that, rather than cooking an order of onion rings (which they had plenty of time to do) they put whatever cold limp leftover onion rings the had laying around on top of a half order of fries to save themselves the effort. Also, 2 of the 4 sandwiches were just as cold and sad as the onion rings. To say these folks do not care about food quality or customer service would be the understatement of the century. For $37.00 I would expect much, much better.
