Bartender is always attentive, great personality, multiple stays over the past year. Last month stayed and ate at the bar just because of her customer service. Bar fairly busy 6 top on bar and two tables in lounge. Handled it flawlessly. Certainly will be back. Burger was solid.

There was not a single person in the restaurant when we went. Server was very nice. Our order wasn't correct and wasn't completely corrected when we told them what was wrong. Food was just ok.

Service and food were both outstanding. The food was fresh and well seasoned, restaurant was clean, staff was friendly and attentive, atmosphere was laid back. Perfect spot to grab a bite with my wife and we will definitely be back. No need at all to let it being attached to a hotel be a deterrent.

Had a barbecue burger and wings. The burger patty itself was seasoned perfectly. We asked for wings to be extra crispy, and delivered the perfect wing.

I have eaten here twice now (gave it chance). Food isn't bad, but the service is terrible. I feel the poor service isn't a reflection of the individual server(s) I've had but what seems like management decision to not staff properly. I gave it a second chance (either no other guests or very few both times) and I won't be going back.

Food here is okay, not great but decent. The burgers are tasty, not amazing but I’ve had worse. The fries were like wet noodles, not hot or crispy and they had a strange seasoning on them that wasn’t mentioned in the menu.This is a “restaurant” that is in the lobby of a hotel, very little separation from guests checking in and the bar. Personally, I’m not a fan of going to a hotel to eat or drink unless it is truly a separate entity or I am staying there.

Room was clean and temperature was comfortable. Stayed on first floor. Hot coffee and hot tea available throughout stay. Bed was comfortable. Checked out early before breakfast was available. Traffic was heavy at rush hour in front of hotel. Hotel staff were nice and helpful at checkin and checkout.

So I just had to add to my previous review. For some me strange reason part of our room 543 lost power All the staff were so very helpful. Gave us a new room immediately just down the hall and even brought up a cart to help us move. WOW Kudos!!!! To all the staff. Worked as a team and were so very kind
