A bad visit this morning at Captain D’s at 271 Mt. Juliet Road Mt. Juliet, TN 37122.The young brown hair lady working the front counter wasn’t friendly.You felt unwelcome and a bother today Thursday, 3/7/24 when asking about the menu.No smiles when walking into the business and no smiles or good-byes when leaving the business.The store floors are sticky this morning and the bathroom is out of soap… just a heads up.I hope the customer service improves in the future.The Johnstons

The general manager is absolutely very disrespectful, when i couldn’t think of my order in the drive through and i was still thinking. the general manager came onto the microphone and screamed at me telling me to hurry up if i wanted to order or not. you could even see him throw food from the kitchen. the upfront lady i think her name was rosie was very sweet and kind and always had a smile on her face and made me feel so much better. She needs a raise!

Make sure you check your food before leaving. I've had 2 experience where my food wasn't prepared right, and they remade it . I won't be returning back to this location due to the poor servicing. I spend too much money on food to be receiving these types of plates.
