Great food, good prices. They generally have a cocktail special at lunch, $3 for a tequila sunrise. Any place I can drink tequila for the same price as Coke is okay in my book. LoL ?

We have been looking for a good Mexican restaurant since we moved to Mt. Juliet in 2013. We finally found it. We go here just about once a week and they are consistently good. Food is great, service is fast.

2 stars was for the food cause it was better than service . We went here and what they have on 2 menus is different to what you pay in the restaurant. I asked for an item ,which was the same as my mom's and the server came out with 2 different items and just switched and said "it's gonna taste the same ". Food is tasty,but service not good .

Didn't even speak a single word to us but for some reason expected us to know where she was trying to seat us and then got an attitude because we didn't know to follow her. I feel bad for the people that have to work with her. SMH. We didn't even have the appetite to eat here anymore so we left.

Don Pancho’s is amazing! I’ve never been a huge fan of Mexican food but there are a few Mexican dishes I like but I’m picky about them. We went to the Mt Juliet TN location for the first time recently and it was great. This place makes the dishes perfectly. Everything we ordered was very tasty. Also the staff were all friendly, efficient and helpful. The whole experience was great. This is my new favorite place.

Whoever is taking the to go orders has no idea what he is doing. I waited for 3 minutes for him to try to find the button. When I arrived I noticed there was a manager behind the bar just washing down bottles and not trying to help out the wait staff who were very busy. I waited for a couple of minutes until David came to the front from the bar. He was rude and ended up being the person who took my order on the phone. I’ve worked in the service industry before and to have a manager who doesn’t help the staff or guests is a waste of time. AND I never got my cheese dip, tortillas, or rice and beans. I love this restaurant but the past few weeks it has gone down hill. The past few times I’ve dined in the drinks have been terrible. They are sour and are probably made by the same person who does you to go orders.
