Ordered take-out for my wife and son. It was $65. Food was okay - nothing remarkable. I've had better hibachi and I've had worse hibachi, this was right in the middle. For the price, I think there are better options. I'd go back, but not at that price.

I went to Hibachi Jr. around dinner time on Saturday to get lunch for the following day. When I heated up the food on Sunday, the filet had a bad taste to it. When I called to let them know that the beef was bad, I was told they’d give me a refund if I had my receipt. I drove all the way there with my receipt only to then be told that they wouldn’t give me a refund and that I should’ve called on Saturday. I explained that I didn’t eat it on Saturday and that I couldn’t call on Sunday because they’re closed. The manager said sorry and repeated that I should’ve called on Saturday. At the end of the day, the beef was bad regardless of when I called to notify them and they should’ve given me the refund they initially said they’d give. Their food isn’t cheap and I paid too much for spoiled food.

I got the teriyaki chicken meal and dynamite chicken. The teriyaki meal was ok but for some odd reason the place feels the need to charge a 1 dollar fee on top of their expensive prices just for me to get it without onions. The dynamite chicken i got was 6$ for 6 nuggets and had no flavor. They had drizzled a line of mayo and that was it. I could have gotten 20 McDonald's nuggets for that much and it would have tasted the same. Lastly, when handed my receipt to tip i did not tip and was given a dirty look. Why do you tip when you get drive through food? It makes no sense.

Never really had an issue but maybe changed management recently...trying to save money? Prices are up and quality is most certainly down. Attached a photo, used to be our favorite place. Very expensive for what is seen.

Hibachi Jr. is incredible. This is the first time I’ve seen hibachi-quality food through a drive-through. The menu can be a bit pricey, but it is quality food, and we've always had excellent service. Check this place out if you haven't yet! Their crab rangoons are epic, and we always ask for our hibachi dinners to have just broccoli and carrots for the veggies. For only $1 upcharge, it's worth it.

1. My son asked to get his Teriyaki chicken without onions. We were charged $1.50 because he removed an item because 'they have to make fresh food'. When I ask for fries at McDonalds or another drive-through based restaurant I don't get charged. That concept alone is enough to deter me.2. There is a tip slot on the receipt - for drive through. Drive through is not typically a tip warranting venue since literally the service is to hand your food out through a window.I will not return on principle alone based on these two things.

I went through the drive-through and was very surprised when I got home. the crab Rangoon were amazing and I got the shrimp with the wide noodles- hibachi... the sauce served with it was delicious. Also, everything had its own flavor. I was very impressed and surprised, and will definitely be back.

Unfortunately this is probably the worst hibachi I have ever had. The flavor was not good. The rice was bland and hard. Everything tasted cheap. We couldn’t even finish the meal after a few bites.

The order portions seem to be getting smaller in size....I really appreciate the fact that they cook my food with no salt or soy....healthy tastes so much better!!!!
