Jason's Deli is a great place to eat. The dining room is huge and clean. I had the Amazing salad bar and GIANT baked potato ? Loved it all !!! Definitely will be back!

I placed a togo order to be delivered on 01/30/2024. The store gave my food to the wrong person or allowed my food the be stolen from their location. Instead of remaking my order, they told three doordashers that my order was already gone and did not attempt to figure out what they did wrong. You would think by the third dasher, they would realize they made a mistake. It is possible this terrible service was caused by a single, lazy employee. However, I do not take lightly being forced to be the victim of a crime against a business. Customers should not be paying for food the store lost one way or another. This is literally basic knowledge. Teenagers are capable of understanding how to run basic businesses. I’ll end with a sarcastic thank you to Jason’s of Mt. Juliet for allowing a paying customer to not receive a single piece of food because they failed to function properly. Shame on this staff for allowing this to happen and not lifting a mental finger to fix their problem. Shame on Jason’s for taking my money and not providing my food to the correct person. Customers are not responsible for mistakes of employees. I will be driving out of my way to any other location instead of stupidly trusting this location with my money again. Before you order, ask yourself if you care about receiving your food. Doordash of course gave me my money back, so technically Jason’s stole from doordash. Congratulations for a job poorly done. Did you know it isn’t required to open a restaurant and do togo or delivery orders? If you’re too lazy to do your simple job correctly, then turn your doordash orders off. If you’re too lazy to fix your mistakes when three people tell you about it, don’t serve anyone.

What a disappointment! It seems i used to like Jason’s Deli, but that was a long time ago in a town far from here. I got the manager special with the chipotle chicken sandwich and broccoli cheese soup. The sandwich was a joke, it hardly had anything on it and was basically two pieces of bread. Soup was not that great either. Oh well, live and learn, I will not come back here.

Overall the food was good- solid sandwiches. However, I have to echo the other comments about restaurant cleanliness. Dirty refrigerator fronts, air vents full of dust, unwiped tables. If basic cleanliness cannot be maintained, how can customers have faith that food service hygiene is being followed?

Today was a real disappointment and pictures are better than words. We where there at 12 noon the middle of lunch hour. The people where nice and polite. However the restaurant was filthy. The food salad bar was awful the food limp and some Crusty.....really gross. Only Jason's I have ever been in like this. Then after looking I could not find the public posting of State health inspector report. Odd that it was not at register area or windows.

I got the Texas style baked potato and it's has brisket on it but I didn't know that the brisket would be in the bbq sauce already this would have been so much better without the sauce as I continued to eat this Its not good the sauce ruined it..

Jason’s Deli is a go to restaurant for us. It’s perfect for lunch or dinner and this location has a drive-through which is really convenient. If you’re eating in, I would definitely recommend a trip to the salad bar as it’s always amazing and their little cornbread rolls they have at the end are to die for. I will say the lobster chowder that’s on special right now was a five out of 10 so skip that maybe. Otherwise, excellent meal!
