So, tonight we ordered an 8-corner pizza from this horrible location. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! What a waste, terrible franchise. This is the second time in a row, they have screwed up a simple pizza. We even got money off from the last order they messed up for this order and still not correct. We wanted 1/2 to be sausage, green pepper, &.onions - this they got correct. The other 1/2 was to be……drumroll…..cheese only! How could they miss this? Well, they made it with no cheese!!!!! REALLY? I know there are those that cannot have cheese, if you think you heard this, maybe you could repeat back the order to the customer to confirm what you think you heard!!!! When we arrived @ the store, my wife checked and when she saw no cheese, she asked, could you just give me some cheese to take home for the side with no cheese? Employee: No. But, we can make you another one that is correct! Huh?! Stupid.Terrible customer service and I will never be back. I will tell everyone I come in contact with to discourage them from visiting your store.

This place is disgusting on the inside the managers Bryce n Kristina both yell and scream at customers and coworkers. They leave all the “fresh” toppings out over night and I’ve even seen pepperonis with mold on them

I agree with previous reviews. We love Jets Pizza, but the management of this location needs improvement. After waiting 20 minutes for our pizza, we could see in the warmer, only to find out it's not what we ordered. Ordered extra pepperoni and light sauce. We have zero pepperoni and no sauce. Disappointing.

Not bad pizza. Ordered the Detroit style meat lovers. Toppings weren't bad. Pizza sauce was a little bland. It didn't have much flavor, but overall the slices were decent. Honey bbq wings were really good. Fresh with a really nice flavor. This was an UberEats delivery, and I thought they did a good job.

Crust was blond! NO crunch at all. Ordered butter crust - none. Mushy, runny, gross. If I call the store or take it back, I'm a "karen". So I'm out $50 for crap food that was so good when I ordered the exact same thing a week ago.
