I spent 31 dollars, and I ordered two kfc bowls without chicken, a 5 tender box with 2 fries, and a bowl of gravy. The kfc bowls were absolutely disgusting, the mashed potatoes were watery, weird and the corn was cold and cold. The tenders were at least one day old and they were hard as a rock. The gravy was almost water and it tasted like nothing. The only thing that was good was my pepsi and the service.

This is the worst KFC I’ve gone to, and I’ve eaten at KFC’s in many states and even other countries, so that’s saying something. (I’ve gone 4 times to this location and won’t be going again.) The food and service is very inconsistent. Biscuits are either rock hard or still doughy, and the chicken is always over fried or tastes like it’s been sitting under a warmer for too long- chewy, hard, and gross. I never get napkins or plasticware and usually don’t get the dipping sauce I ask for. I can’t rate the atmosphere because I’ve only gone through the drive through, but even with just one car ahead of me I feel like the wait time is always more than what I’ve typically experienced with no reasoning or apology. (I don’t need one, it’s just typical customer service.) All in all, go to another KFC! Wish this one wasn’t the closest one to my home. Also, food is overpriced for what you get.

It's been a long time (years) since I've been to a KFC. The inside looks very different from the last time I saw it. Updated and very clean. The young lady that took our order was very pleasant even with getting off with a rocky start. We got there when it opened and they were having difficulty with their fryer. As soon as I took a bite of the chicken it all came rushing back. The awesome taste of those eleven herbs and spices! So good! I was also reminded of how much grease is in their chicken (the reason for a one star deduction on the food). The mash potatoes and gravy is still perfection. Overall a great experience and a great restaurant.

Lately, this location has been lousy. It's always 1 of 3 things. It will either take them "15 to 20 minutes" to cook what you ordered. They won't have what you ordered at all. Or, they'll simply refuse to make it at all. There's always an attitude like you are annoying them by ordering from them. Get some new management, please.

Walked up to enter Friday at 11.30 am, Doors all locked. Table full of Mexicans sitting down eating, as the employee refused to even acknowledge anyone else trying to open doors. Best of my knowledge Mexicans run the show.i walked next door to Taco bell, full or people eat no problem. As leaving look over at KFC, Mexicans still sitting laughing and carrying on as people trying to open doors. Still locked. This KFC is pathetic, as they are all going to garbage because of poor management in the corporate. N
This KFC rivals MickyD's for lack of service and inaccuracy of orders completed. Just got home, was rushed and didn't check too carefully - got mashed potatoes but no gravy. Specifically asked server at window if everything was there when he handed me the bag. He peeked in and replied 'yes' . Liar, Liar, pants on fire! I should have known better - we rarely get an order from this store that is complete and correct.

They are always out of something or they forget to put items in bag. Tonight, I was in a hurry and did not scrutinize my order when handed to me. Got home and they gave us mashed potatoes, but no gravy. It is ALWAYS something with this place. We almost always end up 1-2 pieces of chicken short, or we order dark meat and end up with a box of breasts, or they screw up one or all the sides. It is too bad that KFC doesn't review team leaders and their crews on a regular basis. PS - tonight they forgot to include my receipt in the order.

Wife went there for dinner and asked for the three piece dinner at 7:45pm, and the female worker replied “ let me put it to you like this, we have two extra crispy wings left and we’re out of fries, I’m not putting any fresh chicken out. We close in hour” We rarely eat fast food because of stuff like this. I will starve before I ever go to this location again. This occurred 6/8/23 07:45pm.

Always takes forever to get food. We waited 30 minutes (twice actually) Save your time and go around the corner to slim chickens.
