Awesome place for pickup, cool ppl at night receiver. Appointment at 23.00. Checked in at 21.30, got the door right away, in and out in about 1hr.

This place is completely unorganized. Had a 1300 apt, signed in but they could not find my load info. Finally got a dock door, been sitting for awhile still have empty trailer. Trailer needs to be pre-cooled to -10°F with load lock in trailer.

I was live loaded in 15 minutes, it was amazing. They do require you to have 1 load lock, you can buy one at the Thorntons next door if you don't have one. My load was light too, it was about 23k lbs. They're definitely fast. Only thing is, they won't take you early.

The gentleman that check us in was awesome. They loaded my quickly and the process was smooth. They have a small parking area so park along the fence to check in.☺️

The workers are friendly, but hr/and others will tell u they will work with u if emergencies come up in orientation but then when time comes they don't plus when it comes to covid they will only pay u if ur line is up and running if it's down u get nothing
