That’s really wow. Best pizza I ever try, and they have incredible deals. I bought 2 large pizzas for 25$ one of them special and second 2 toppings, taste and size absolutely amazing, from today that’s my favourite

Tonight I had the worst delivery experience from a pizza place since I began ordering online. Around midday I ordered a pizza to be delivered at 6 PM and it did not arrive until 7:11 PM by a DoorDash driver who left the pizza on the front step without so much as ringing the doorbell. If a pre-ordered pizza is not going to arrive anywhere near on time they could at least call or email the customer to determine if they'd rather do carryout or cancel the order.

1/31/24 - Interesting that their prices are not posted anywhere - not on their print menu nor the digital menus. Walk-in order - service was great. Only took about 15 mins or so. Tasty pizza with just the right amount of sause. Best cheesy stick we had. We would order again.

We love Marco's. I wanted to specifically shout out to manager Ethan for his incredible service and accommodation to an order that was placed the week of the hectic snow and ice storm here in Mt. Juliet.I placed an order, left later than expected to pick it up. I forgot my phone. Turns out they were closing early, they tried to call me several times to let me know they were waiting.I get to the location, they were closed.I called the next day (actually my wife did, because I was at work) and explained the unfortunate chain of events.Ethan made it all ok, re-did the order for a Friday pick up after I got off work. It could not have been better. I really appreciate it and was very apologetic for what had happened.Thank you very much Ethan!!

1 star rating is purely based on experience. Found HAIR in our wings and in our sub. Called the store to let them know, they didn’t seem too phased or apologetic about it. They did offer to refund (only the items with hair, we had a big order) or to bring the items back to the store to receive new food items (ugh…no thanks).

I like their pizzas, I really don't like their lack of sanitation and cleanliness. And no, it isn't because they were too busy to clean it up or wash their hands. I suspect it's a lack of supervision. Yes, I was in the restaurant business.
