I went through the drive thru for breakfast and they forgot my hashbrowns AND the sausage in my "hotcakes & sausage" meal, which if they had fixed the mistake in a professional manner I wouldn't have done this review. INSTEAD, when I went inside to let the manager on duty know what happened, he decided to raise his voice and accuse me of lying to him as he handed me the hash browns. This is not typical of McDonalds and this guy could learn a lesson in customer service from the other McDonald's locations in Mount Juliet.

Lazy employees provide mediocre service, nothing more than bare minimum. Tables aren't wiped off. This location is one my least favorite since the store management changed a few months ago. They do have the last indoor playground in this town however, this is the only reason we come here anymore.

When we were there at 6p, they would only let you order at kiosk, and all orders were done to go. Guy working the front had no personality, never smiled, or greeted anyone. It felt like covid times but without the mask. Food was fresh and tasted good.
