Don't know what happened, our first time ordering from this particular papa John's, 1. The pizzas showed up to the house looking like the pictures below, as I called in the order. they couldn't tell me what happened with said pizzas, I went to go pick up pizzas which were remade. And as I picked up the pizzas they looked correct but I am blind in one eye, as when I arrived home Mt wife told me the order was made wrong. To which we were told on the phone they won't refund us. I will never do business with papa John's again

We order online for pick up. 9/10 times our order is ready, hot and fresh within 20mins or less of ordering. We've only had one issue and the manager reached out to us to fix.
We have been using this Papa Johns for 5+ years and its always been great. Easy in and out and the drive through window is amazing when we have the kids with us, especially after little league games on school nights. During extremely busy times there have been some issues but they have been great about fixing any issues, and definitely going overboard to make sure we are satisfied. We will continue to support this location and order there pizza.Parking: Drive-through is very convenient.

Love Papa John's, but when I got pizza this time it seemed very undercooked. Looked on the website again and it has options for "how done you want it." I've never heard of a feature like this with pizza. So make sure you choose how done you want it.
