Red Robin has always been a go-to of chian restaurants, yet the one in Mt. Juliet always just misses the mark. Food doesn't seem as fresh, the overall cleanliness of the restaurant is lacking, and it just has never lived up to the level of quality, service, and cleanliness the other Red Robin's exhibit. The first fries that we got were grease soaked. Could actually squeeze the fries and see the grease come out. We said something to the server and she brought out another batch, same thing. She had the manager come so that we could show her and she took care of the problem. The oil in the fryer was too old and not cooking them properly. They changed fryers and then changed the oil in the one and the rest of the fries came out looking and tasting better.Parking: Spaces are located...read full review
