We came in today and Kenny was our waiter. He was great and we never had to ask for a refill! The food was good, the place was very clean. 10/10

Visited on 9/2/2022. We were seated in the bar area and Travis was our server. Travis was very friendly and patient as my was takes some time to decide. He made a recommendation of the Steak House Burger to my wife. She decided to try it. I always get the Whiskey River BBQ Burger. We have been going to Red Robin for many, many years and we had one close to us when we lived in California and frequented it more often than my wife would like. When our burgers arrived they were hot and fresh, the meat patty was still glistening you could tell it just came off the broiler. My Whiskey River burger was the BEST on ever I have gotten at a RR!! It was prepared perfectly. My wife also like the Steakhouse Burger. Kudos to this Red Robin and Travis!

Ate here for lunch after church and had a lovely experience. The BBQ burger was good but the service was what made it!! Our server was Dawson. He had such a great attitude, was quick, and had wonderful suggestions on the menu. I would come back because of him. Great lunch!

We just left there and I have to rave about Kenny working the bar area today. He was legit the best server we have EVER had in our entire lives. And let me add, we’re picky about customer service. This dude was 100% the example of how customer service should be. We never once had to ask for anything. So friendly, I wanted to hang out with him! ? This dude is amazing & everyone should be so lucky to have Kenny as their server. When we come back in town, we will call ahead & make sure he’s working before we even come. Amazing ??

I used to go there for several years. Service was good, burgers fresh, and always lots of hot fries. Until last week. 4 of us went in, we waited by the door for 5 mins or more to be seated. They were MT. 5 severs saw us none offered to help 2 were playing on their phones. We were seated in the bar and told the rest was closed? Orders taken after some time and I asked for some fries to start. They brought out two baskets of cold fries each had about 12 fries in each and no sauce no ketchup. Junk. Our food came out and on each plate maybe 10 fries and not steak fries. Just a bad deal. Quality not there? Little wonder why they are MT. I left 10 percent tip but should have been 0. Can't fault the workers this is bigger than them. Will not be back. Try the one next door much better. Sorry Robin I left the nest..

My fries were very cold and not salted. Your chocolate milk was not mixed correctly. It is just milk with chocolate syrup dripping from the side and still taste like regular milk. Food took to long for 8 people. Food was amazing on the other hand

me and hubby took My mom for her birthday. we had the best server. the food is always great. never had a bad service.. I wish they would build one in Clarksville.

We had a horrible experience at Red Robin do not go there. Our cups were dirty and one of them had a bug in it. Our food was served cold like it's been waiting in the kitchen for someone to order it. Plates had chunks of dried food on it and made people not want to eat.

My husband and I ate here 6-1-2022. I'm not big on eating burgers out...I prefer to grill them at home. Moving right along, the service was fast...we were seated immediately (and it was around 12:30p lunch hour). The burgers were cooked perfectly and the fried pickles were on point. The Paradise Punch was excellent. The only issue I have is that the burger wasn't seasoned enough. The toppings helped tremendously, as it was topped with smoked brisket, cheese, bbq sauce and fried onions. I omitted the jalapeños.
Menus, napkins, and flatware were brought to the table with huge spillage all over and in between them. We had to request new of all of it. Table had not been wiped off and we had to step out of the booth to have it cleaned. The waiter was covered in sweat and wet body hair. No teeth. Dripping meth toxins. Sweat even splashed on our party and table. He kept wiping his head and neck with old tissue. I think he was really trying his best; but serving food is not the place. He could have been bussing tables until he's doing better. The restaurant should do better to keep a cleaner environment. When the front appearance is so filthy it can be curious as to what's in the back prepping food. I couldn't even place an order. Just gross.

Went for lunch since we love Red Robin.Walked in and waited several minutes they were to busy gossiping got seated ordered.Got food and it had a hair in it sent it back and didn't even get a apology from the manager while waiting I heard more of personal conversations about shots and bathing suits because the staff was talking that loud.Got the next plate of food and didn't even have a appetite.$30 for hair and gossip Yipee! If I was the manager I would be embarrassed by All of this but they obviously don't care.Should've known it being lunch time and the place was empty

Food is always good but I'm leaving a 1 star due to the fact that at lunch time it will take 30 min to just get your drink order. Keep in mind they only had 6 tables with customers at them and 4 waiters, waitresses. No since I'm taking half an hour to get a drink order in. Ended up leaving. Won't be back for some time.
