Worst fast food experience I ever had... extremely slow, wrong order, only a couple people there and I still waited 30 + mins for two cold kids meals. Terrible. Go anywhere else.. I guess thank you Sonic for my first 1 star review ever..

Was just told by the employees there that to order a $1.29 coney deal I needed to download the app because it “doesn’t come through their system in the drive through”. The text literally says “mention in the drive through”. I don’t know why I keep coming back here. The service is always garbage.

Came here for dinner just now. Ordered a number 7 with a plain footlong hotdog, a medium tot, small mozzarella sticks, and a large coke zero. I received a plain 6 inch hotdog, small over-salted tot, mozzarella sticks with no cheese in them (???), and a large regular coke. I asked about the hotdog length and was told that the number 6 was the footlong and the number 7 was the regular hotdog; I double-checked the menu after leaving and discovered that the number 7 was in fact the footlong.

If I could give it a no star I would. The service is ALWAYS horrible and I waited 15 minutes for one drink. There are no employees and the ones that are there are rude and have no social skills. I will not be coming back. I hope this place goes out of business.
They're always having staffing issues. Drive thru only at Sonic, the drive in fast food restaurant is clown shoes, and it's happened more than once. Pay people commensurate to the time and physical commitment they put in and you'll have staff.
