Since Steak 'n Shake stopped being a real restaurant that had servers & cashiers, they have really gone downhill. They have removed a lot of the popular food items such as ice cream sundaes. It takes forever to get your order. The kitchen staff just don't care about getting your order done in a timely manner. It took over 20 minutes just to get milkshakes. For the last three times my orders have been wrong and they have a tendency to upgrade you on your fries without letting you know that they did it until you get your bill. And I'm not sure what they're using but the food is been extremely greasy

It took a little time in the drive-thru, but it was well worth the wait. Best burger I've had from a fast food restaurant ever. I spent about the same as McDonald's and the food quality and taste was so much better.
