It’s hit or miss. Most times I have no issues, but today I paid about 6 extra dollars to get extra chipotle sauce and extra nacho cheese sauce on my menu items, and the items were more dry than they normally are. Tortillas seemed too layered. Made it even more dry. Slushy wasn’t filled all the way either.Seems there was a lack of focus or communication.

Grease was so old had to throw the food away. What little I did eat actually made me sick. The "coffee" had no coffee in it. I watched him make it. He poured the hot water into the cup with the cream. He looked at it but gave it to me anyway. They were short staffed, had three people working the lunch crowd. The wait was unreal and definitely NOT worth the wait. It was a total waste of money

Went to drive thru. They recommended stuffed beef nachos, so I tried it. Not as good as nacho bell grande, my normal go to meal.
Shout out to this taco ?️! They have such a good energy when orderingFood was out and everything was perfect.Nothing hits like a fresh bean and cheese burrito!

Our family was there 10/20/23 around 8:30 PM. It was the first time eating at this location. It is also the first time that I could not finish 2 orders of Mexicans pizza. The first was so stale that even after using 10 packs of sauce could not hide the bad taste but I was starving. The 2nd pizza was the same and had to stop half way. My usual craving is 4 orders of Mexican Pizza. The Baja blast was like drinking water. If you ran out of fresh material, it is best to be honest to your customer. My wife almost vomit after a bite of my pizza. Manager, please look into this because we have never had such a bad experience at any other Taco Bell location.

was overcharged when i told them my order 3 times and still wasn't right , none of the add ons were correct. & they're rude. wouldn't fix the issue. annoying spending 20$ on food that isn't good enough to eat
This taco bell is actually the worst taco bell ever. I have been two times and both time they messed up my order. Not only that, the most recent time I had to throw away two of my three tacos because if I just wanted a tortilla I would’ve stayed home.Also I’m a 23 year old stoner who eats goldfish for dinner half the time. Just for some perspective. Hey manger, if you’re reading this do better.

I've noticed myself eating less and less of Taco Bell lately. I don't know what it is, but the food isn't appealing to me anymore, and I just haven't even thought of eating here. I did stop in today, and the $5 dollar craving box is a pretty good deal. For what you get. I still do love the Mexican pizza, but it even gets old after a while, and most places, the workers just slop it together, and it looks like they threw it from the window into your car. I always have to eat my Taco Bell immediately. No driving home. It just isn't nearly as good as when it's first made. So stop and eat next time and see if you notice a difference, too.

The general manager is just disrespectful. Ugly man on the inside. Ordered an order while at work, was missing sauces, and a side, and it took forever for the delivery guy to bring it to me so I had a moment to go over and ask for a remake he basically said "you want me to remake this over some sauce?" Like I'm in the wrong for not having what I PAID for. Then he walks past me and makes a snotty comment to his employee and says "and make sure that sauce is in the bag before she trips" I said "so sorry for the innoconvience" and he completely walked past me ignoring me. If you don't like your life decisions go get a real Jon that'll make you happy! Sorry you aren't happy with your life sir.
