You know what you're going to get at KFC. Mediocre. Everything is. Mashed potatoes from some reconstituted potato flakes. Brown gravy with its chemical taste. Edible if you're hungry. Ditto for the rest of the sides. If there are no other options KFC is a better bet than most burgers, but not by much. Sweet people you don't know speak, you can carry on a conversation no one gets up set as the other person ordering. Love it.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes this is very very good.

This location is SO much better than the Elizabethton location. Not only did I get all of my food (the Elizabethton location did not put my son's meal in the bag after I asked the very arrogant and rude shift manager if everything was there...he gave me a smirk and said of course it is), but the food at Mountain City was fresh, delicious, and at my table in five minutes flat. Great job, guys!
