I have had issue after issue with Subway and I finally had enough and contacted them via email. I received an email from the manager and informed her that I will call her in the morning to speak to her about it.Morning comes and she explained that the Subway app is a third party app and the store can’t process refunds but said said they can remake the sandwiches and asked the day and time I will be by so I can pick them up. I told her Wednesday at 5:30pm.I then tried telling her this wasn’t the only issue, that there was another issue just a few weeks prior with one of the workers and she would not let me explain. She kept cutting me off with every other word I would say. Offered nothing but excuses as to why they can’t answer phones and why when my husband came into the 100% EMPTY STORE and waited at the counter and even shouted out “hello?” - no one came to help him until he walked away and as he opened the door to leave, a worker poked his head out and saw me looking at him and quickly moved his head back behind the wall. I couldn’t even explain that because she wouldn’t listen to me. She kept interrupting me and kept making excuses for everything.I get they may be busy making cookies or bread at 7pm at night but maybe an acknowledgment of our existence would be nice. Like a “hey, I’ll be right with you” instead of ignoring and hiding from us and waiting until we leave the store to come out of hidingI got frustrated and told her she won’t let me speak and it’s very upsetting and to just have the subs that she promised ready at the time and day she asked me for.Lo and behold, today comes. I tried calling at 430 just to make sure that when we come (in one hour), they will be ready. No one answered. Total shocker. We got here and none of them were made.**I worked for Subway for 2 years back in my hometown as well as MANY other customer service focused jobs. I’ve had to multitask and answer phones while making food before **

Super SUPER busy that day. The lady was working by herself, as other lady was on break. She was SUPER friendly and great ethic and attitude, amidst the "storm"! Other lady lumped int o assist soon as break over. Both great workers and super nice!

This place is the sorriest place to get food in mountain city this isn't the first time that they have messed my food up. So I will not be coming back to this subway I will go somewhere

Every time I order on the app or online I ask for extra lettuce, even put it in the comments and EVERY single time there is hardly any lettuce. Then tonight there is no lettuce. I'm over this location!

Ordered online at dumascas but for some reason it was sent to my city. I was told they couldn't transfer an order-whatever smh- so I called my city store to stop the order before they make it. I am still trying to call have been trying for almost an hour answer your dam phone people. Now they are gonna say well why did nt you call. No food no money back cause no one knows how to answer the phone. But I guarantee I will get my money back when i call corporate. Have pic of the order and where it was supposed to go. It is just sad that stuff like this happens cause of lazy people.

Incompetent workers. Have a $25 gift card... Can't scan the qr code and couldn't enter the number... Only subway I've ever been in to not know how to do this.

I came in around 4:30 to get dinner for my family. All in all, I had 6 subs. There were three people working, but only one was doing the job. The worker who made my subs was wonderful and had absolutely no complaints about having to make all of my subs alone. She also did it in a timely manner, as people were in line behind me. Our subs tasted great. It is a great business with some great employees, I would definitely recommend to others.

The food was great and the service! The only weird thing is that I called the shop two times and no one answered. When I asked the gal at the counter, once I got to the shop, why no one answered the phone.....she said we don't answer the phone because the app is available. I just simply replied "some of us just don't want to download the app". That was that and I, well "we", thoroughly enjoyed this specially made sub!!! Yum!

Well let’s see where do I start after coming back to store since 6 months ago the management still does not know how to run a store. Breads not prepared out of veggies for subs so how can you call yourself a subwayVegetarian options: They do not know how to prepare veggies for subs. Apparently they still can’t after 6 months

Where is the beef?!!! This is not worth $11.00! And it was cold. I asked for a heated sub. This is not a true Philly Stake & Cheeae Sub! I could make one 10xs better, and for way less.....

Great food! Everyone working the shift was amazing and was working customers out quickly and nicely couldn’t have asked for a better staff food was perfect and neat would highly recommend to anyone it was really an enjoyable meal!!

I'm so happy with this place and the manager because I am deadly allergic to oregano and she made sure everything I got was new before I ate!!! Thank you so much for taking care of me!!!

I have never had issues with this subway but today was the downfall. I had ordered on the app. When I got there some of my condiments on my 3 sandwiches were missing (apparently not available) I was not even offered any replacements or any sort of refund for those missing items. Super unpleased and really am trying to warn those using the app that you may not get all you ordered on your sandwich!
