We came mtn city after baseball game..It was horrible place we ever been to!!! The tables and chairs was so nasty and we had to ask for rag to clean. The food was awful taste like old oil . Wait on our food for 30 mins no one was there..I wouldn't go back I'll just go elizabethton. I've never been to somewhere that's so nasty .
It's Taco Bell. They are pretty good at making sure everything you ordered is in the bag. And it's nice that they wrap everything exactly the same.Parking: Plenty of spots.Kid-friendliness: We will circle back to the fact that everything is wrapped the same, so the 2 year old thinks he got the same thing that the 6 year old got. And you saved a few bucks.

Had a quick stop at Taco Bell in Mountain City and what a pleasant surprise! The place was sparkling clean, well-maintained, and the employees were super friendly, making the visit all the more enjoyable. Definitely coming back for more taco goodness!

Order completely wrong. I was polite and asked for it to be fixed only for it to be wrong again. Definitely not worth the money when you don't eat what's given to you.

Our breakfast burritos and crunch wrap were empty. Basically, flour tortillas with barely any stuffing. Very disappointed with the visit. The drive-thru lady was very nice though.
