Dear Arby’s why do you even have an app? place an order online and get to the store and my food isn’t even ready and they put an apple turn over in instead of a cherry that I ordered… I didn’t order an apple turn over… I have food allergies and then they tell me it’s going to be another 10 minutes for the cherry turnovers to be done. Not the first time i’ve had issues with this location. They had several cars pulled up because they couldn’t keep up with the orders? What a crappy way to treat customers and they doesn’t the count the time I had to wait before I even pulled up to the speaker to tell them I was here. The lady that handed me the food tells me she’s off the clock because I asked her about this situation. So… 307pm is finally when I got my fast food. SMH Now i get home and NO arby’s sauce… Thanks

Food was perfect as always. Associate was pleasant and friendly. The restaurant was clean from top to bottom. Tables were clean. Pleasant experience.
Absolutely terrible waited 20 minutes for two cold sandwich and fries which were as cold as the sandwich. Place was dirty, staff had awful attitude, and accused my wife and I of already getting the food we had been waiting for. I will not recommend and I will never return.

Ask them three times to please not put any nasty mayonnaise on my chicken sandwich. The rude girl at the drive thru said I heard you the first time. Sure enough when I opened the sandwich it was covered with nasty mayonnaise. Took it back inside and said y'all do this to me every single time a told them to just give my money back that I wouldn't be coming there anymore. The woman just threw my money at me on the counter. Worst place to go in Murfreesboro and I should have known better for going back there but I thought it may have changed. Nope it's just gotten worse.
