Bojangles store #000983...LEXI was absolutely AMAZING!! She deserves a RAISE! She was so sweet and friendly. My kiddos were ordering their own meals and she made them feel like a million bucks! I really appreciate her!!

The food has changed in recent years and it has gone downhill significantly. Now it is the worst chicken place in town and one of the worst places I've ever eaten. My whole family used to love Bojangles, but we were so disappointed!! First of all, the potatoes have literally no flavor. I started with them and panicked, thinking I had Covid again! I added a bunch of salt and butter, and then at least it tasted like salt and butter. But it didn't taste like potatoes. It tasted like water. The rest of the meal was the same except the chicken, which was too spicy, imo. And dry. The fries used to be one of our favorite, but every time we go get them, then are hard and dry as if they just keep refrying the same fries over and over.And when you spend a minimum of $50 every time you go to feed a family of 3 because they are so expensive, it just isn't worth it. Absolutely not. Also, the atmosphere gets a 3 because I've never actually been inside - only in the drive thru.We have no plans to ever go again, ever.***Added Note: Bojangles, for the past 7 months and beyond (that's just how far I got in my reading before I felt compelled to come back and add to my comment) you have bad review after bad review after bad review.... doesn't that tell you something?? And before you try and say that "people only leave bad reviews", that isn't true and not at that frequency. Pick another restaurant and I doubt they will be as bad or as often. This should tell you that something needs to change. Especially when the reviews are consistently about 1.) Bad/undercooked food and 2.) Bad customer service. It is only a matter of time before you end up with a lawsuit about your bloody, raw chicken?Parking: There's always plenty of parking since no one seems to ever be there.
The young man who took our order (on Sunday, Dec 3, 2023 around noon) should be commended and rewarded for the quality of his outstanding customer interaction. I thanked him at the time for helping Senior citizens with how to order, and for his extreme calmness and patience while we also ordered for our 6 year old grandson who was with us. I asked this young man for his name but he politely declined.I hope the managers at the local, district, regional and home offices of Corporate will look into this extraordinary young man's performance. Check the dining room cameras to see if you can identify him.

Drive thru teller was very lazy, unfriendly, and acted like she didn't want to be there. I waited in a parking spot after being told to pull up there till my order was ready. While waiting I took a sip of my drink and it was a very flat soda. I told the same girl when she brought my food to me that the drinks were very flat. She only said ok and walked away. She never said she was sorry , nor offered to replace them. This isn't the first time service has been lousy, but I went back because food is normally good. I'm done! I won't be back!
