We were there last night, 3/14/24. The food was excellent. It was one of the best burgers we had in a very long time. You can taste the flame on the patties. We were waited on by Kassidy. It was a pleasure to chat with that gal!

Horrible experience. I ordered my burger well done and it came rarer than medium rare. At the same time the waitress took my drink to refill she brought my burger back to be redone. Everyone in our party was completely finished by the time my food came and I still had to ask for my drink. It was a ok burger. The fries were good. The waitress was also the bartender so we had to ask other servers to assist us. No fault of the waitstaff. However the restaurant manager was walking around and should have been more help to this waitress. She never came over and we waited to find her. She never appeared. So many more better options in this area. Had it not been for the fact that we had just driven 700 miles and were exhausted, we would have gotten up to leave and found someplace better. Even the Panera, which we saw next door the next morning would have been better. 100 times better ! Avoid at all cost ... Note: we did give the waitress a nice tip because the circumstances of our bad meal and experience were not her fault. The manager needs to look at her role in this bad experience. She should have known about this bad experience and at least apologized

The place to go to if you are a burger lover. Always cooked just right. I love being able to choose from a variety of bread types, cheeses, and toppings. I always take it to go, but noticed they sometimes have live music. Definitely worth checking out.

The Bar tender Essence was very nice and professional. She always made sure everything was going smoothly and my glass was full.
Food tasted great, however, the brioche bun was very soggy, we didn't get the sweet bbq sauce, and no fried onion rings on the burger

The food was really great. But the service was terrible. We waited for our food for over an hour. And every time I wanted something, I had to go chase down our server. I thought it would be more convenient to eat at the restaurant in the hotel where we were staying, So we wouldn't have to go out and fight the crowds at a restaurant. But that was a bad decision. I would definitely not recommend the restaurant in the DoubleTree hotel.

The manager with the purple hair and her boyfriend, who is a bartender and server, who she referred to me "as this fine gentleman here" are unprofessional, rude and racist. Very poor customer service. They refused service to 7 women, stating short staffed, they were the first ones in the restaurant. The "fine gentleman" server was rude off top. We were told if 10 ppl or less they could accommodate a group. Not the case. It was only 7 people. Everyone else was welcomed and served without any issues. If the same staff is working an event and the restaurant, the restaurant should be closed. The manager with the purple hair would not even come talk with me. Poor customer service. We were not in any hurry, we would have waited. The group left based on the actions of the "fine gentleman" as soon as one person sat down. Definately could have been handled different. Thank you.
