just went to drive up martin luther king, jr blvd better known as middle tn blvd murfreesboro , tn 3/14/24 first the pros no customers there at drive up so fast service, server was pleasant took my order efficiently. the order was correct as ordered but the con : jr burger was cold cheese not even melted, fries lukewarm but the taste was good just had to heat the burger in microwave so for future don't cook ahead of time and there will be no cons.

The WORST fast-food restaurant experience I have ever experienced! My family and I visited the restaurant at night and we ordered 2 burgers and 1 chicken sandwich. The chicken sandwich was HARD LIKE A BRICK and the burger was COLD! Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE! If I could give the restaurant zero stars I WOULD!

I ordered a sandwich meal for my 6 year old grandchild and she took a bite, as phlegm poured out of her mouth. This is a disgusting location. I took it to the police, my grandchild will never eat out again from any fast food. This was so so sick and disgusting. All because I asked for my change back, the lady became angry and she told that i wanted my change, the manager came and asked the issue, "I WOULD LIKE MY CHANGE" GRANTED IT WAS NOT A LOT AND I MAY HAVE SAID KEEP THE CHANGE BUT, who are they to spit in a child's sandwich over keeping the customers change. You area gross people and should be closed down. Yes, I was in the green jeep and you know who I am, unless many others are done the same, then I suppose you would not remember me. Disgusting people. Maybe they should look into arrest records or if you had to have Dna done for a child, eventually, they will find you and I will sue for such sick and ill people with this type of behavior. KARMA to you both and you can bet someone has hacked one on your food too.

Went through the drive thru approximately 4:35-4:40 today. We had a total of 8 people we were ordering for. The drive thru was originally friendly, we paid, they gave us 6 drinks and they ask us to pull forward so they could make it fresh! Fresh??? Look at the pictures, not close to fresh. My niece had to go inside about the 2 missing drinks and the guy says, "who orders $80 worth of food"? What??? Needless to say, nothing was fresh, they were rude, and we won't be back.
