All food was cold. Didn’t realize till I got down the road and didn’t have time to turn around. I do NOT recommend this Burger King!!

I couldn't address the atmosphere because I didn't go inside, the young man who took my order was patient and helpful and I want to give him proper recognition because the drink I ordered was with no ice and when I get to the window I'm informed it will take a little longer because it wasn't just sitting in the warming tray so I determined they had to make it fresh (which I appreciated) but the young lady at the window gave me the drink but it had ice so I decided not to complain so I pull forward and waited, the young man that took my order brings my order out with another drink with no ice and said he realized she had given me ice in my drink and he wanted to make sure I received what I ordered! That was worth me taking the time to write this review! I wish I could remember his name but the sentiment and appreciation remain strong for what he did! Thank you young man!!!

$15.00 for a fast food burger, fries, and drink? No thanks. Employee in the drive thru window was holding a cigarette like he was going on his smoke break, and I interrupted him on his way out. That’s so nasty.

The first time I ate at this location I got a shake and it vaguely tasted like cleaner and threw it away thinking they were just really bad tasting shakes, the second time I ate at this location and got a shake again it tasted better and I realized the first shake did in fact have cleaner taste in it.

I worked at this location for a little while and what all you guys don't understand is the restaurant is shorthanded and not everyone has been trained on all the stations. When they hire someone new it takes awhile to get them trained on everything. If you've never worked in food service then I'm just preaching to the choir. Restaurant work is very stressful no matter if it's fast food or fine dining. I wish people would stop complaining about there service. If you don't like it, stay home and learn to cook for yourself. Simple as that.

Last night at 7pm I attempted to eat in. I stood at the counter with my very hungry 7 year old for 12 minutes, and no one acknowledged our existence. There was trash all over the floor, uncooked fries and you could tell at first glance they were struggling. 3 different employees were walking about and we never got a look trying to order at the counter. We walked out.

On a Saturday evening at 7:45 I was the only one in line at the drive thru, took 18 min to get a whopper meal! I understand a lot of businesses are taped out trying to workers but cmon almost 20 and I was the only one???? I’ll have to go across the street to McDonald’s from now

The cars after I ordered in front of me had already been served. It took them 15 minutes to get me a simple order. Order number 12. On August 21, 2023. The employees gave no explanation. No courtesy to the fact that it's gonna take them a little long. Just handed me my order when it was done.
