I come in the mornings and on my lunch break sometimes since it’s 2 minutes away from my work. They absolutely never have cold coffee in the mornings and always want to waste my time by telling me to go to window 1 just to sit and wait forever to come back when I know they can have a cashier at the front to use instead. On my lunch break even tho I order online, they make me wait at the order screen for 15 minutes just to get me to wait 10 more minutes seeing my food sit on the counter as they pass by staring also didn’t get the correct foot but I had 10 minutes left on lunch so i didn’t have time to wait another 10 for it to be correct. Do better burger king. Trisha with just her manager was better than whatever team is currently running this place. IYKYK!

I go out of my way just to visit this Bugerking in the morning.The morning staff is awesome and they start my day off with a smile!!!
We stopped at this BK on the way home from work and the guy at the drive thru was super cool SO patient as we changed our order at least twice. Anyway, the ABSOLUTE best fish sandwich I've EVER had at BK, no joke! The breading was crispy which was a first for me, and I've eaten lots of fish sandwiches from BK. Onion rings so good we joked about going back to get more!

I come here fairly frequently (closest to my house) and have only had one bad experience but it was before Covid. They are a friendly staff and the food is never bad. I recommend the Crispy Royal Chicken or a Whopper. You can never go wrong with a Whopper. If you are getting breakfast, the BK Lounge has the best breakfast burrito in the market.

Pulled up at the 1st window no one was there. Pulled up to 2nd window was told I needed to go back to the 1st window. So I back up to the 1st window. Still no one there. Finally someone walks up..I pay go to second window. Boy at window could really use some customer service skills. He has to ask us how many fries we have.. You literally follow a screen and you have to ask me what fries I need. Then I ordered a kids meal with a Halloween bucket. They put the whole order in one bag, not toy no bucket. I set there thinking he was going to hand us a kids meal. Nope it was all in the same bag. Put someone else at the window. Or better management watching their employees.
