Went there for biscuits and gravy and 1 egg and was told would be 15 to 20 minutes and sat there for 20 minutes only to be told hadn't even started on it yet !!! And the server / cashier Stacie was very rude to another customer so will never return to there again and used to love this place ??

Old style country cooking place. Band played at breakfast today. Had gravy biscuits and sausage with scrambled eggs. A homemade cinnamon roll was a treat

I was quite disappointed about this place. I walked in, and it was so charming and nostalgic. However, when I was finally seated, which the place was busy, I understood, but after my order was taken, I was pretty much left alone. My food and coffee were delivered and i was never checked on again. Never given a coffee refill, never "How is everything?". When I checked out at the register, the gal who waited on me, THEN asked how everything was. I said I was disappointed about the visit and explained why. All she said was, "Oh, sorry" nonchalantly. The omelet was nothing special, but the biscuits were scrumptious. Not sure if I will give it another chance or not. Apparently, it must have been just me, as the place continued to be quite busy. So, maybe I didn't mean much as a customer (I was by myself) because they have others. :(

Best breakfast in Middle Tennessee, maybe in the world. Perfectly cooked over-easy eggs and the breading on the country fried steak is so well seasoned! Came out HOT, too (nothing worse than lukewarm gravy!)!We love this place!

The oldest restaurant in the Buro.Great, awesome food and more than you can eat. The fish ? is huge, and we should have eaten just one fish.
