Terrible service and the blizzard only had toppings half way through. The bottom half was just ice cream. Team there was kind of rude too.

We pull up and take the order and the guy is mumbling through the speaker and we can’t hear a word he says. Then we pull up wait 5 minutes for a blizzard that looked like milk and another 20 minutes until he opened it up again and gave us the wrong food and so we had already opened the food so we hand it back give it to him he gets us the right food though the food is not cooked and is freezing cold and he gives the food that we had opened to the car behind us

The food was served at room temperature despite having just been made. The service was extremely slow. It took over 20 minutes to get all of it food. I had to ask several times to receive items that we ordered. Their prices are terrible for what you receive. Other locations are much better outside of the price. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Wow!! 15 minutes for them to take our order in the drive thru at the window. The girl couldn’t figure it out so the boy came and helped her and then went and made our food. 3 girls standing around doing nothing!!Then 10 mins at the window??

Place was very clean. Staff very friendly. Manager really seems to care about staff, which I appreciate as a customer. She asked if anyone needed a ride home. Making sure everyone got home safe at close. I love to see a manager who cares about her crew. ?
I came in drive thru and order a shake and an order of fries.after paying I waited over 5 minutes for the shake and then sit there over 10 more minutes. The guy that took my order he sounded like he was in a really bad mood and did not display any customer service. He acted like he hated his job. No one come to the window to let me know why I’m waiting 15 min for an order of fries. There was only one car behind me so they had no customers there no one was in the lobby also. I was trying to get there attention so I can ask what is the waiting. I ended up just driving off and ever got the fries I paid for . I highly recommend not going to this location. I’m highly disappointed in there quality of service.
