What I ordered vs what I got. Very little flavor. Almost no sauce or toppings. Good job, Donato's - you tricked me and got a sale.Don't waste your time. There is much better pizza out there. Seriously though, cheap frozen pizzas are better than what they just sent me.

I called to order a carryout pizza and after sitting on hold for at least 10 minutes when someone actually picked up, they hung up on me. Then I called back and was waiting for at least another 10 minutes and decided to hang up.

Ordered 2 ham sandwiches for delivery. One was supposed to have extra meat that I paid. Both had a very little mate and a and probably the one that had been paid for extra meat had less than the other. ridiculous, if you're ordering a sub sandwich, obviously you want. Some meats on it.Not just one piece.
Ordered from door dash.I ordered a small pizza with pepperoni bacon and onions and only got onions. The pizza itself was burnt.Asiago cheese sticks were burnt.Only the dessert twist I got were good.I can't believe the burnt stuff that was allowed to be sold to a customer. I won't be back.

I do not like giving bad reviews. I purchased this pizza order online. I was so excited to get there and pick it up. We drove past a lot of pizza places to get to this one. I had a positive experience with the Donatos in Bowling Green so I figured guve this one a shot. Got to pick up the pizza and the girl was not at all enthusiastic about waiting on us. She acted as if we were interrupting her night, but then when she saw the tip I left her attitude got even worse. I guess it wasn't good enough. Maybe it was because it was Halloween I dont know. Anyway, get in the car pizza and wings are hot and smelling great. Get home and very disappointed. The thin crust pizza was soggy and not crispy at all amd the wings telasted as of someone had given us bad wings cooked them anyway thinking we wouldn't smell them. Oh well tossed tuem in the trash and ate the soggy pizza. Lesson learned. Won't visit again. Money wasted.

The hot honey pepperoni I liked the back heat with the sweet , serious cheese I did not taste any smokiness of the provolone cheese and mariachi beef needed more flavor most tasted was the jalapeño in the end they were all amazing!
