Very rude worker named Jennifer. I didn’t get treated well at all. She had a attitude, and gets done making my coffee and I’m standing 3 feet away from the counter and instead of saying whose it is or what it is, she throws it on the counter and walks away without a single word. I asked for light ice and I think she put extra ice. I wanted cold foam and she puts whipped cream I want my money back.

Stopped going to Dunkin a long time ago after the drinks were either great for the first 3 sips, or just terrible from the beginning with no middle. Got a gift card and figured I’d try it again. No surprise, the drink taste like coffee water. Maybe it’s cause I like really sweet coffee. The actual food is good however, but I rarely go for food

I go almost every morning, every time I walk in rather it’s to pick up a mobile order or simply order at the counter I don’t get greeted at all. I have to get someone’s attention every time just to get my order or my order started, the morning staff isn’t friendly at all except for one girl there. The morning manager is even a waste , she doesn’t acknowledge any customers walking in herself.

When you walk in this Dunkin Donuts no one acknowledge you. They all have frowns on their faces. If you don't like customer you should not be in a customer service industry. Please retrain them.

The drink they gave me was 99% ice . There was maybe four ounces of liquid in there that I drank within seconds.

Long waits, sometimes they can't find your online order. Today they put the donuts IN A PAPER BAG all smashed together. No little liner papers at the least they're all just touching each other chocolate getting on another and lot of it coming off onto the bag instead remaining on the donut

The staff at this dunkin are always so rude, and when they messed up my order by not putting almond milk in it. (I am intolerance to regular milk). I told them about it nicely and they poured almond milk on top of the already made coffee with regular milk and handed it back to me. Will never be back to this location. Waist of money.

Happy National Donut Day! Usually a slow moving line inside, especially in the mornings. But this morning around 7:30 there was no line inside! (Drive-thru line was long.) I walked right in and got a large black coffee with free Boston Cream donut

Waited for 10 minutes in the drive through after someone said they would be right with me. Never heard from them again and there was no one in line when i left. What a sorry joke of a Dunkin’. Just went next store to the starbucks much better service and was greeted almost immediately!
