Man, I gotta give this place props. We made a reservation for 16 people and I don't know if the gentleman that came to our table was the owner or the manager, but he told us he was off that day and when he saw the large party on the books, he decided to come into work and make sure that everything went smoothly. He then came out to the table welcomed us all, asked every one of us how our meal was, and then took our picture for his Facebook page. Now that's how to run a business!!

I have been a regular customer since they opened and usually the staff is very pleasant and the food I get is excellent. I usually go on Wednesday's for pot roast with carrots, mashed potatoes, and fried okra. I went this past Wednesday and had an issue with the new portions. My plate looked like a kids plate. The lady at the front looked at it and offered to make it right. Once the manager came out she refused and told her to give me my money back. I had no problem even with that but the attitude was horrible. She came out and spoke to me so harshly in front of other customers. I remained quiet and once my money was returned I told the lady I hoped she had a nice day and I walked out. I just couldn't believe it. I will not return.

The food was mediocre. I can tell; instant potatoes, canned greens (that were bland) & frozen/fried country fried steak. It's cheap, but don't have high expectations for home-style fresh cooked food.Now, let's talk about the cinnamon rolls. They were amazing!

Food was OK. They gave our food to another table and then tried to give it to us. This happened to multiple people in the restaurant at the time. Not hard to use a number system or let me get my own food.

The food is good. The staff is very nice. I was impressed with the service both times I was there. The food is well made and consistent. I personally would like it to be a little more spicy and flavored at times but I recognize a diverse clientele sometimes it's easy to make it and allow people to season to taste. That is not a knock on the food it is solid

This was my first time at Grandy's. I got baked chicken, pinto beans, mashed potatoes and cornbread for 6.99! The chicken was delicious! The pinto beans and the cornbread were also very tasty. The mashed potatoes was good, standard restaurant fare. The iced tea was also very good and fresh. It was a great value for the price. The staff was also very friendly! Give it a try sometime.
A new local restaurant open for business ! Glad to see they have survived the Covid shutdowns. Their meat & veggies daily specials are a nice change. Dessert specials available daily. Service was good. Nice environment. Be sure to visit them soon.

Second time ordering breakfast, both times through Uber Eats. Today I chose them solely based on them having Gatorade. Except they didn't have Gatorade. They also forgot my bacon. The grits tasted like they'd been sitting on a steam table for days. Everything else was bland. If you like food that probably tastes similar to what they serve in prison then you might enjoy the food here. As for me I think two times was enough.

I went in about 1:30 in the afternoon and picked up lunch got the The fried chicken white meat and two sides for $8.25. When I looked at my receipt I was charged $9.25. I brought it to the restaurant workers attention and she said that they had started charging a dollar more for white meat when there’s nothing on the menu to suggest charging anymore. So be careful when you’re ordering to know exactly what you’re paying for. If you feel like you got ripped off chances are you probably will not be back. The breading on the chicken was real thick but the chicken itself was moist so I would give it four stars
