Maybe if the employees paid more attention to their job instead of talking to each other they would get people's orders correct and complete I shouldn't have to wait because they forgot to make half of my order and the guy that got there before me was waiting because they forgot most of his order. Where is the customer service. My husband stopped on his way home to grab a couple ham and cheese combos and got home with one. No one speaks. No one greets. No one cares. The young person that handed out his food was more interested in her phone then her job. Put the phone down, please!

I've been going to this place for years, but I've finally had enough. They've messed up my order more times than I can remember. Today, I ordered a Frisco breakfast sandwich. They left off the egg! The remaining ham and cheese that was on sandwich was in a small ball in the middle of the bread. Not only did they make it wrong, they made it poorly. The next time I'm in the mood Hardee's, I'll visit a different location. Avoid this one.

Don't expect to place a mobile order and get it any faster than if you just placed in it the restaurant. Actually in my experience the person who came in and placed their order at the counter after I had been standing there for over 10 mins waiting on my mobile order that had been placed 5 mins prior to the me waiting at the store got their order before I did as well as another person who came in after me with a mobile order. And then when I asked about it they were rude and lied. When I got there I checked in with the cashier and watched her point at my order on the screen to the other girl so I know they knew I was waiting and then acted so confused and like they didn't have my order when I asked about it. Of course I'm irritated at this point and called them out on it and then was told I could just leave. I told them I wasn't leaving without my food or a refund, what a joke of a place. Sad thing is I was standing there waiting patiently for 15 mins because I knew they were busy and I didn't get mad until after how they responded to me when I asked what was going on.

Food tasted good and was fresh. But it took 21 min to order and get food with 1 car in front of me. It took 4 min just to get my order taken. Another 17 min in line to get to the window. Either way, service was terrible.

My friend was kicked off the property for nothing the manager i wont say names for privacy and protection but they were very rude about it and when we were talking off the property it looked like that manager kept watching us overall horrible time there keep in mind my friend did absolutely nothing he just bought a burger and ate outside to vape so if anything my friend was being respectful and not smoking inside the store so that customers wouldn't complainKid-friendliness: They aren't very kind so be careful with having your kids in front of such rude people
