So as a first time customer, I can tell you that this was some of the best Mexican food I have ever eaten. My wife's cousin Jonathan Harmon is a long time friend/customer and always raves about this place, and now I know why. I had the chorizo hash and it was flawless to say the least. Extremely friendly staff and inviting atmospheric no doubt. However, I learned that this place is closing soon and was sad to hear. As a visitor from Delaware, I encourage you to visit this establishment before it closes to try this incredible food.To the owner, thank you for a wonderful experience and the incredible food. One our favorites for lunch. Steak tacos are great. The enchiladas are the best I’ve ever had. The owner and his staff are some of the kindest people you’ll ever meet. Wonderful local restaurant.

The staff does not appear to be Hispanic but they sure know how to put a burrito together. I bought a few breakfast burritos and the flour tortillas tasted fresh and not as thick as the they are at traditional Mexican restaurants which was okay with me . They were filled with potatoes, chorizo and eggs. Very tasty.

Had the pork tacos on corn tortillas with beans. Cost was $10.00 for three small street tacos and a small scoop of beans. The pork was a little fatty. Not my thing on a street taco. Little to no seasoning on the meat. The toppings on the taco were limited. Barely any red onions on one and not enough on others. Beans we're unremarkable and had some burnt onions on top. Never seen them served that way and I eat a lot of Mexican. I read a lot of reviews some mention breakfast. Maybe that is the way to go. Sorry I won't be becoming back. Covid 19 measurements were not followed very tightly. However I am not a stickler on that. Just trying to heads up to other people.

Many people have recommended this place, but I never seemed to remember to check them out. They are on Vine St and I just don't go down that road around meal time. I'm so glad that a stop at the library down the street reminded me to stop in. I ordered the Green Chile Smothered Enchilada. As soon as it arrived, I thought to myself, "My, but this IS different". It tasted as good as it looked. The enchilada was seared. Yes, it was seared with a nice caramelization to the tortilla. Different. When I cut off my first fork-full, the cheese oozed enticingly from the tortilla. It was real cheese. The flavor mixture of all the ingredients was wonderful. This was not your gringo's enchilada. Instead of pale rose colored rice that had been rinsed to diluted tomato sauce, this rice as separated, white and lightly seasoned. Again, not what you would get at a typical Mexican joint. I think it might have even been Jasmine rice, but I'm not sure. The refried beans were BEANS. Typically you get this grey-brown mush that looks like almost too thin gravy. You do not get that here. There are real beans in the dish. Instead of tasting grey-brown, they had a wonderful flavor. Service was friendly. I missed that they would take your order at your table, and went to the counter, thinking the "deli" as just that, a deli. Nice decorations. Light and airy. Oh, I think their coffee is from a local roaster. In case I cannot get back there soon, would you please go and give them some business? You won't regret it!

This place is an awesome place to eat! Ate the food immediately and forgot to take a picture! Best pinto beans I have ever had. Seriously so good. Owner really cares about the food and talked to us for a bit. So nice!

Definitely the place to go grab breakfast or lunch if you are in downtown Murfreesboro! The owner was super welcoming when we first walked in. Took our orders immediately and made our food quickly! Not to mention our meals were amazing! I got a breakfast burrito and my boyfriend got the chorizo hash. Both of which we would definitely get again. There is also lots of room in the restaurant so plenty of space to eat socially distant! I can’t say enough wonderful things about this restaurant. So yummy and definitely worth every penny!

If he's there, he will make sure you're greeted. He will also come out to your table to make sure you enjoyed your food and that everything was okay. Everything I have ate here is so good! I've had the tacos and burritos - they are delicious. My favorite is Sunrise Enchilada. It's honestly the best enchilada I've ever had. It's authentic and you can tell they know what they are doing! The Sunrise Enchilada is also perfect for hangovers! Be sure to stop here for breakfast!

Really enjoyed my meal, live close by and went just from checking out some reviews. Chicken fajitas, and chips/guac with some tasty chip seasoning. Also filled me up without being too much; the usual type of Mexican restaurants give endless chips...and I always way overeat. Very fresh food and hospitable place.
