My wife and I had pizza here a few years ago, and the best part was the crust, and the crust was not that good. We gave Howie’s the benefit of the doubt and tried them again today, and it was not much better. The pizza sauce wasn’t good, and the toppings weren’t either. It was actually pretty gross, and we only finished because we were very hungry. None of the sauces were good either - blue cheese, ranch, and buffalo. We are open to other items tasting better, but so far it’s 0-2.

I was in town recently and Hungry Howies was on the menu. I was excited to try it and honestly it didn't disappoint...as far as taste.The pizza was great. However...my experience was dampened as I pulled one of the ladies hairs from my pizza.Even worse...it was pizza from the next morning!!! I had to toss my saved slice and the great experience from the night before turned into questions like, ?..."Did I eat any of that hair?!!"??Hair-nets ladies!!! Get it together!!!?

I would give this review 0 stars if I could. Tonight I ordered a couple pizzas to be delivered to my house in an estimated time of 40 min. Once it had been 40 min. I called them to get an update and they told me the driver had just left with the order. I then waited about 15 min. for the driver to get to my house with my order and instead I got a call from Hungry Howie's telling me that the driver, "couldn't find my house." We live in Murfreesboro proper... we've never had this issue with any other delivery.

My son loves their pizza. I had wings, and they were ok.
The wrong pizza was delivered, not a big deal, but when we called and made sure to be polite in hopes of good customer service, the manager hung up on us. Very unprofessional, very disrespectful, very unnecessary. I’m very disappointed because I love their pizza, but management sucks!

This place has the WORST service. You call and they answer and say please hold. They keep you waiting and then after about 6-7 minutes they pick up and then hang up. Management needs to do something about this poor level of service!After calling 4 times and repeatedly being hung up on, I called Marco’s Pizza. They answered my call on the 3 ring, put me on hold, and 15 seconds later they picked up and IMMEDIATELY took my order. Now THAT’S service!!!!

We ordered 4 pizzas all which were all meat except one which we enjoyed the other pizza came with green peppers had I known theyd be humongous I would’ve declined It would’ve been better enjoyed if we weren’t crunching on green peppers the size of a whole jalapeño peppe next time I’ll know better.

Being from Michigan I've missed HH for a long time and then I heard there was one in Murfreesboro and I went the pizza was GREAT as usual the service was good I live in Manchester and wish we had a HH closer than 45 minutes away we are a growing town and would love to have one here ❤️
