I would not recommend purchasing anything from this location. I found something in my drink and with kids working with no supervision it's not surprising. I will never go back.

I'm a big fan of Jamba Juice, and this one does not disappoint. The service is great, and my Protein Berry Workout smoothie is delicious every time. And as an added plus, there's a drive thru! I definitely recommend Jamba Juice for all your smoothie needs.

This was my first time at Jamba and I had a pretty good experience. It's located in a plaza so parking wasn't hard at all to get. The staff was also pretty friendly. I had their strawberries wild smoothie and I really liked the flavor to this one. My smoothie was perfectly made. It wasn't too watery and wasn't too thick. It was just perfect for me. I also tried the Aloha pineapple one. It wasn't bad, but I prefer the strawberries wild one better.

I worked there and they fired me after 4 days for not understanding everything. they don’t wear gloves or ever wash their hands. nasty. I’m not lying like the company has said. if you want to eat nasty food that’s okay i just wanted to warn people so they don’t get sick. believe me or not up to you. and why don’t you guys hire more people that’ll drink on the clock.

I ordered a bowl online and was really disappointed with the quantity. Not only was the bowl smaller than what is typically given in other locations, but it wasn't even halfway filled (it was halfway filled if you include the toppings).For what it's worth, what I got wasn't necessarily bad, but getting so little with while paying the typical price for a bowl just left me feeling as if I had gotten ripped off. I don't know if that surving size was out of the norm, but I don't intend on finding out. I'll just stick to Boro Bowls from now on.

This is a location I go to all the time. Until Friday March 31st. One of the girls working the drive through was extremely rude. I asked for a light peanut butter drizzle but the entire top of my smoothie bowl was smothered. I kindly asked for the bowl to be re-made and it was snatched from me. After a few minutes she came back and asked me to pull forward, I asked how long it would take to remake the bowl because i was on lunch from work and she extensively became irate. She yelled and asked me to move in which I returned her anger and told her to just refund me for my bowl. She then left the window and another girl (this one sweet) asked me to move forward. I waited 10 minutes for a receipt to confirm refund. Unfortunate. I ended up going to Juicy’s plant base down the street and the food and the people were lovely!

I love Jamba, but whatever new staff that is currently there on Medical center is absolutely terrible! My pretzel was over warmed to the point it was burnt and tough. Then the açaí bowl barely had any granola, was runny and just terrible. I am so upset. This location use to be really good, but it seems there might be a change of staff due to the horrible food lately.

Excellent service ,there was one attendant there that day and I didn't know what I wanted, he helped me and fixed the right order ,he never rushed me ,was very pleasant, he took his time and gave me the desert, I was so pleased will return again and again, love this place Beverly ? ? ?
