Very rude encounter this evening. Never experienced this before at Jamba. Woman says her name is Tasha. She absolutely seemed under the influence. Claimed she is the manager and owner and that there was no one else to speak to. We ended up leaving without our order. It’s a shame because my daughter loves Jamba, but we will not be back due to this woman

If you tell them you don’t need a receipt, they will gladly add a tip to your card as you pull away! That’s an unauthorized transaction! Happened me to at this location on 3/16! Always ask for a receipt!

I bought three smoothies and only 1 came out like a smoothie. My kids banana and strawberries was completely melted when handed to me. I didn't send it back because whoever made this one would likely have to make it again. Frustrating to say the least.

Love this Jamba!! I recently got diagnosed with a chronic illness so I can only have certain foods and fruits. I asked for something in particular and they delivered! Amazing place for people with dietary restrictions!! thank you guys!!

The lady at check out never asked if I wanted to tip like they usually do and when I looked at my bank account, it showed that it was more than it was supposed to be. When I called they said there was a tip added (without permission). The assistant manager said that will be refunded but the girl will not be reprimanded, which I find ridiculous considering they always ask first.

I think this place was super good. My family and I ordered various smoothies and they were all satisfied with the outcome. They heated up the pastry for us too, and it was bomb. Service was super quick!

It is wonderful here! The customer service is top notch everytime I go, the smoothies/food is always fresh, and the wait time is not unbearable. Make sure you bring some cash for tipping the staff, because they deserve it.
