Went there last night to try the pizza for the first time ever the 2 men working locked the door on us and turned the open sign off 52 mins before closing time written on door! This how you run your business? Ruined my night and complained to corporate and I'm questioning how employees can close when ever they want!

We loved their deep dish pizza, although they use canned mushrooms, so wouldn’t order mushrooms again. Ordered pizza online and selected extra cheese on one side. Never thought they would only put cheese on one side. They offered to remake my pizza but due to time didn’t want to wait. Advise that if you order online be sure to follow up with a call or see if you can add notes online. Everyone makes mistakes so no foul here. Will continue to order their pizza.

They were overwhelmed this day. Called in an order because I was on the area and they said 10 minutes. Almost an hour to get my order. I would have canceled if I didn't already pay.

if i could give negative stars…i would. pizzas are made with bare hands, no gloves. autumn, cashier, EXTREMELY rude. bathroom dirty, etc. save your time and money(:

This location can not get an order 1/2 mile away. Great food, over priced for what it is, and simply can not deliver. Do not waste your time wanting them to bring it to you. They will not. I ordered online message at the top said 60 min. No problem I thought as long as it's hot, I thought, nope, I called an hour and a half later. The guy answering the phone claimed to be the manager but would not give his name and wanted to argue about it rather than provide a solution. I will not order from here again because of the service. Order from anywhere else, better use of your hard earned dollars.

Jet's uses canned mushrooms instead of slicing them fresh. It's disappointing and a deal-breaker for any fresh pizza connoisseur. Go with Papa John's.

I want to give a shout out to the general manager at jets on s. Rutherford. I ordered for the first time the other night. My order got all messed up not once but twice. He went out of his way and took care of my order personally himself. I will be buying from there again.
I wanted to like like this place, but they said the order would take 10 minutes and it took 30. And I said I would dine in, but then they didn’t have forks. How am I supposed to eat the salad and dressing? I guess it’s a dipping sauce. Very gourmet!
