This location sucks. Like jimmy johns just not this location. Guy dosent seem to like his job always seems bothered when he has to make a sandwich . Super skimpy with toppings hardly puts any on the sandwich. Or forgets some. Ordered delivery before and never got it . I had to call to see where it was. Guy delivered it to the wrong house in the rain. Had to go get from my neighbors porch and it was ruined called back and they threatened me and hung up on me. Won't go here no more.

I wanted to give a big shout out to Xandria and Kianna! Within 5-10 minutes of placing a delivery order a HORRIBLE storm started and I instantly felt guilty. After our order was ready, Xandria gave me a call to say our food was ready but they were nervous to send their driver out right now, so our order may be later than expected and asked if that was okay. I apologized and admitted I felt guilty after the storm started and asked if I could wait it out about 15 minutes and then come pick it up myself so they didn’t have to. They said it was absolutely my choice and we agreed to touch base with each other in about 15 minutes. About 10 minutes later our Ring camera went off and I realized our sandwiches had been delivered! I called Xandria back and they said the brave driver, Kianna, decided to go ahead and just bring it to us. I thanked them both and said I had every intention of taking this off their plate but that we are so grateful for their courteousness throughout the process! Sandwiches are never worth someone’s safety but they both deserve recognition for their kind communication and going above and beyond to get us our dinner. Hope everyone made it home safe after closing!

Will not return to this location. The workers were rude, unhelpful, and down right upset that they had to work. They got our simple sandwiches wrong. We left there feeling like a burden and not a customer. Getting the food wrong was the worst part. I was all the way home with my family's supper before I realized they couldn't eat them because of how they were prepared. Terrible location.

I walked in there tonight and the guy was like if you are trying to order it’s gonna be a while cause I’m busy. I said it’s ok man no worries and started walking to the other end of the counter to wait. He said can I help you? I thought he meant help by taking my order. I said what is the smallest you got. He said I said it’s gonna be a while. I said oh ok I thought you meant what did I want when you said can I help you. He said no you order at the other end of the counter. That’s where you pick up at. I said oh I see I’m sorry and went to the order part of the counter. Then I just said do you have little kids subs? He shakes his head at me and says I said it was gonna be a while. I was like I know dude I was just making conversation with you while you made that sandwich because it’s just me and you in here. Then I was like my bad for trying to be friendly and make conversation. You have a good night and I left. May not sound real bad but he was just not friendly at all. I won’t go back there.

Remember when Jimmy Johns was "freakishly fast?" Think again! I ordered a sub at 10 am for delivery 2 miles away. By 10:15 am it said "out for delivery" but it did not arrive until 10:55 When I called to check on my order they asked my address three times and then said ummmm uhhh well he should be there soon probably. I asked for extra lettuce and did not get extra lettuce as requested. Also, the sub was cut in half (as requested) but unfortunately only half of each half of the sandwich had any tuna on it. Leaving me with basically half a cheese sandwich. I was really craving a tuna sandwich and barely got any tuna. Definitely not the service or food quality I get from other Jimmy John's locations. I would avoid the Memorial location! The overall experience is giving me one star vibes but since the small amount of tuna I received was relatively enjoyable I thought two was deserved.

Don’t usually leave reviews, especially at chains like this but holy cow what horrible service. Would not recommend this location to anyone. Asked for Jimmy mustard and peppers on the side and was looked at and treated like I had grown a second head. Incrediblely rude and they somehow still managed to get the order wrong.

They are never open, and their hours online are never correct. It said they were open until 9 multiples times and I’ve pulled in around 8:00 and they’ve been closed every single time.

I would give this 0 stars if I could. Their customer service SUCKS. You get attitude whether on the phone or in person. They do not care about their customers. I place an order 30 min before my hour lunch break starts, and now I only have 15 min left to my break and it just now got finished being made. An hour and 15 min later to make a turkey and lettuce sandwich. When I call to inquire, I am told it could be 10 min or an hour. Meh, they dont know and they dont care. So by the time my "freaky fast" lunch finally arrives, I wont have a break left to eat it. I ONLY order from them when desperate and thats how I knew to order 30 min prior to my break because this location is anything but fast.They skimp on your food, they are late, they answer the phone and set it down without even acknowledging you, which is absolutely infuriating. You can hear all the background noise and even after 5 min, they havent picked it up or even greeted you.These employees hate their job, clearly, and make sure that the customers know it! I had a turkey sandwich with 1 slice of turkey and about 6 things of lettuce, and only on half the sandwich. The rest was just bread. This has been ongoing for over 2 years. No issues with any other locations. Just this one. If you have any other options, dont go here! You will not be satisfied - not even once.*UPDATE* I ordered by sandwich at 11:30am and it arrived at 1:20pm (I live less than 2 miles from the store). And what I received was sad. 1 tiny piece of turkey and small amount of lettuce. Almost all bread. I paid over $17 for this sandwich box (with chips and a cookie) - RIDICULOUS! There was also pickle juice all over everything - like the cookie and chips bags were actually wet from juice all over it. So if you hate pickles like me, you will love this! Because they no longer give an option to remove pickle from the boxed lunches.

Honestly just close this location already ‍ Every time I come by they're closed inside the store hours on top of that when I can catch them open the customer service is trash. Everyone acts like they can't speak or like they don't want to be there. I'd just rather drive across town to another location and I just live 2 minutes away from this one ‍

Was in today 10/25/2210:25am, only guy working had an attitude. Didn’t great me. He used the same gloves he was just making sandwiches with to ring my order up and touch my money and made my sandwich with the same gloves. Unsanitary?!?!?!? I just tossed my sandwich and will be going to the other Jimmy Johns location! I knew I shouldn’t have orders from this place.. I work in fast food as well but I never treat customers as if they are a burden. Lesson learned

the people working here are always so kind. food is always great and made with care. it's always clean and i can see the workers cleaning all the time. definitely a great jimmy john's to visit.

Just tried to go in and eat with my family. It’s Tuesday at 4pm and both doors were locked and the workers inside just looked at us outside and continued on with what they were doing. Google says it’s open until 9pm today-then why are the doors locked at 4pm with no explanation??

Closed at 5pm on a Monday. The store hours stated they closed at 9pm. There was no sign or anything. I can understand if there is a staffing shortage but at least put a sign on the door.

Due to where I live, this location would be perfect ... if they were ever open. Their hours of operation are inconsistent (seriously, you're lucky to ever catch them open) & even when they are open, I can't order online & forget the delivery--I'm better off driving there if I want it freaky fast. The Middle TN Blvd location's hours are accurate, provides much better service & worth the extra 10 min drive for me.

App/online ordering turned off always, they never answer the phone, I literally live in the subdivision across the street and we’ve heard every excuse under the sun why they can’t deliver to us. This restaurant really needs to get it together or close permanently. I drive out of the way once or twice a week for JJ’s. Huge misstep by the franchise owner.
