This is our go-to bakery any time we need a custom cake. The customer service and response time for quotes or questions has always been great. I’m always amazed at how the cakes turn out and they taste amazing! We also love going in for some of their cookies, pastries, and mini pies!

The girls at the counter are not that friendly at all....I'm just being honest. But the Reese bundt cake is very good I will say.

This is my second time coming here and it just wasn’t that good. I came back to give it another try but the 2 items I got weren’t very good. I bought a cupcake and cannoli. The cannoli was bot good at all. The shell of it wasn’t crunchy. It was chewy. Everything about it tasted old and not fresh. The cupcake had way too much frosting. The frosting was extremely dense and thick and there’s just not enough cake. The icing was way too sweet too. I’m attaching a photo to show how much icing was still left.

I had a custom cake made for Lunar New Year. Carla (the decorator) made an edible design from a photo I brought in. The cake was absolutely amazing - everyone at the gathering took photos of it. Highly recommend Julia’s for custom cakes and all yummy treats!

Good food, expensive, inhospitable service. Staff too busy to help customers. No rush to go back.
We love this place. We don't live close but when in town we always love to make an effort to stop. I swear they have the best Chess squares and my son loves the sugar cookies. The last few times we have came they have went up on prices which I understand due to the cost of food but sizes are staying the same on the chess square. They are already a small size. So we've just walked in and out because the cost is so high for a single dessert.

Ordered a 1/4 sheet cake, chocolate on chocolate, birthday decorated. I noticed it was very heavy when I picked it up, but really didn’t think twice about it. It was decorated very well, and the chocolate cake was not dry. Once we cut the cake, discovered why it was so heavy - the chocolate icing was literally an inch thick! (NOT including the icing balloons in that measurement) The cake portion measured barely two inches. I paid $60 for a ton of icing, and not a lot of cake. Disappointed, won’t be ordering a sheet cake again.

I was shopping in the plaza this evening and my husband came in with our 15 month old son for some treats. Unfortunately very poor customer service and unprofessional. The young women behind the counter didn’t seem to care about serving customers. When my husband ordered our son unexpectedly threw up on my husband, himself & the floor. The employee exclaimed EWW take him somewhere else! The bathroom is over there. My husband left his wallet/credit card and rushed to the bathroom. He was completely embarrassed by the situation and the employees showed no compassion whatsoever. Maybe offer him a towel or napkin to cleanup? I left the store I was at to run over to help him cleanup. Obviously not a kid friendly establishment since there was no changing table in the bathroom and the employees obviously do not care for children given their response. There were customers that were more helpful and compassionate there. But honestly not a place we will ever return given the customer service. Especially If you have young children I would skip this place. ?♀️

Most things are delicious and I can guarantee my sweet tooth will be satisfied here! The most delicious chess bars outside of ones I've had at home! Cupcakes are hit or miss (the champagne one tastes like old beer, but the others have been comparable to other cupcake shops). The BEST things are the cutout cookies, but they're now over $5 so I foresee myself coming in less, but I still sing their praises when people are looking for a local bakery with the best ready to go variety.

Always a great time getting sweets from here! Their cookies are always decorated so beautifully, and the strawberry cake is a staple in our house for my wife's bday and mother’s day. In fact, tomorrow is my wifes bday so i will be there bright and early to pick one up!
