The food and coffee is great. But, the experience here used to be a lot better. Personally I liked the old decor better with the roll up notes wall, but of course that’s not a big deal. What’s been bothering me for the past year or so is that every time I go, they never get my order right. I always ask for a classic club sandwich with no ham or bacon. Every time, my sandwich comes out with either ham or bacon or both. One time, I sent it back and all they did was remove the bacon instead of remake it. They left a piece of bacon in the sandwich when they brought it back to me. I can’t have pork at all including any grease or residue, so I couldn’t eat it. I sent it back and just asked for a refund, I did not want to risk them just taking that piece off and giving me the same sandwich again. I still kept going back and just ordering something else that doesn’t originally come with pork or I would only get coffee. Today, about a year later, I decided to order the classic club thinking they wouldn’t make that mistake again. Unfortunately, it was brought out with the ham, so I sent it back and asked for a completely different item as to not risk them just removing the ham and giving me the same sandwich with the pork residue. It may not seem like a big deal but it is a huge deal and risk to anyone with dietary restrictions due to allergies or religious beliefs. I love the decor and coffee, I just wish they could get my order right.

Everyone here is always helpful and friendly. Food is average. Coffee is delicious. I took off a star because I feel like every Just LOVE location is uncomfortably hot. My husband picked up our to go order Sunday around 10:30am. We did not notice until we got home that our order was wrong. The chicken was completely left off. We paid more for this, so it's upsetting it was not included. Also, the flying pig was dreadfully soggy and had burnt pieces sprinkled on the top. The Bacon tator had the same burnt pieces on it as well. This makes it seem that the waffle irons are not getting adequately cleaned between uses and that another orders leftover was then burnt into our order. Also, the sour cream that came with the tator had separated and looks old.My husband also ordered a coffee once he arrived. He had to do that separately due to there not being a spot to order coffee on the online order form. His coffee was bitter, which is odd as it was a toffee coffee - one we get most of the time and adore its sweetness.We are highly disappointed in the carelessness of this establishment. I wish this was just a random mess up - but we have had many issues with just love East in the past year. We frequent other locations instead to enjoy the atmosphere and nostalgia that the cafe brings us. We every so often try this location again (as it's the closest one to us) but are disappointed every time we give it a second, third, fourth, and so on chance.

I went there to get my birthday reward on my birthday. I got a choice of a drink or the stuffed Nutella waffle. I made the wrong choice. I got the stuffed waffle. It was meh. I know it was free but, It did not rise to the level of anything that would cost $7.95. It was actually 2 waffle pieces out of a whole waffle with a few strawberries and where was the Nutella? It was not warm either. This choice made me wish I had just picked a drink or a coffee.

Waited almost 15 minutes for my takeout order while the barista socialized with co workers. Had to go to the takeout window myself just to get my food. Once I actually got my food it was only like warm.

My husband surprised me on Friday March 1, 2024, with taking me out for breakfast. I was so stoked. We haven't done this in a long time. We are new to Tennessee and more specifically Murfreesboro. Because we are new we wanted to find "our breakfast spot". A local restaurant because we believe in supporting the community. . I searched Yelp and found "Top Recommended Breakfast Places" Just Love popped up and I said let's try it why not? It's located in a very secluded area, nice...it's an area where you have to intentionally drive there. As we walked it, breath taking decor. It's like a "hometown" Starbucks. We ordered and the lady at the counter was pleasant. We sat down and waited for our food. You'd think the amount of wait the food would've been fresh . NO! I ordered the avocado toast and my husband ordered a platter which what came to the table was an "up charge" platter. I told him you should say something, he said that's ok. He took a bite of the eggs and asked me to taste it. I gave him a look like why? As I opened my mouth to eat what he had ready for me to taste, I didn't hesitate to put the whole scrambled eggs in my mouth. Usually, a normal person would start to chew. I COULDN'T! One it was COLD, two it was RUBBERY, third it was NOT EDIBLE! I spit it out onto a napkin. My avocado toast was ok. At least even though the avocado was not fresh, it was still edible. We usually give a restaurant a second chance, because it just might be they're having a "bad day" We decided NO! Not a chance! The reason? Well, I told the lady at the counter about our experience with the eggs. Her response? Oh yeah...I don't like the eggs here! WHAT??? No I'm so sorry, what can we do to make your experience more memorable? How can we make it right? YEAH, I DON'T LIKE THE EGGS HERE??? NEVER AGAIN!
