We ordered a 12 piece family pack, were told to pull over and wait, was guaranteed all of our food and condiments were in the bag and got home, spent $42 and got 9 pieces of chicken, NO CONDIMENTS, and NOW THEY WON’T ANSWER THE PHONE. HORRIBLE!

This restaurant is ran by animals. How incompetent can one be? They can’t read the orders properly, the food quality is horrible, the biscuits are either hard or raw, and how is the chicken already dried out by noon? Don’t even waste your money here. I always order through Uber Eats because 70% of the time it’s gonna be horrible, and UE will give you a full refund!! Look at the photos. That cheese is suppose to be mac & cheese smh….Dietary restrictions: Don’t eat here. Go to Champy’s.
Absolutely horrible! The employees are incredibly rude and spend their time mocking, lying to & laughing at their customers. Management is non existant. If they even bother to fill your order the accuracy and quality are iffy at best. This location needs to be closed down. It doesn't even rate 1 star.

This location is garbage. The employees don’t care and refuse to serve food. I placed an online order and went through the drive thru to get it. When I pulled up to the speaker nobody answered and I had to ask if anyone was there for a response. They greeted me by saying “We only serve crispy chicken!” I responded by telling her my order and she proceeded to tell me there was ZERO food. After some confusion, I drove to the window and the employee wasn’t helpful whatsoever. She opened up with a dismissive and pretentious attitude and said there was no food because of closing up. This would be a fine excuse if it wasn’t 90 minutes before closing. I don’t see how a restaurant that serves no food is open… at that point just close cause you are providing literally nothing. It’s not the only time this has happened and it’s actually consistent for this location to mess up and make you feel like the idiot for leaving without food.

Thought about putting in application as I am currently looking for work and nope I'm to good for that atmosphere. They need my wife as a manager cause it would be firing day for her but she runs a hotel & loves her job...just saying don't go there. Where is corporate???

I ordered through the app and sat in my car until the app said my order was ready. I go in and the girl at the front gives me the cups and said it’s going to be a min. I asked why a min if the app says it’s ready for pickup? She goes around back and sarcastically tells everybody that I wanted to know why it says ready on the app when it’s not and I could see them throwing their hands up talking about me so when the manager comes around to do something I said hey, maybe she’s not right for customer service and the manager justifies it by saying she’s new and they’re working on it. I said why does the app say ready if it’s not ready and she said they have no control over that. We get the food and the biscuits were doughy. I don’t recommend going here.
