Go through the drive through and get a buzzer only to be told to go around front and walk in to pick up the pizzas. Why? People were like ned up at the door with the wrong orders. When I came in the front door I could have told them I was picking up 5 pizzas not one and they would have given them to us. It’s shocking that a business like this still runs.

This location is in need of new employees and they need to communicate better with customers that call on the phone!!!!On Friday 4/5/24 I called in an order for 2 Hawaiian pizzas add mushrooms ,pepperoni pizza,an order of crazybread with sauce.The employees told me 30 to 35 minutes. I said that is fine it will take me about that long to get there.When we arrived there was a sign on the door that said "Drive Thru only".Which I was not told on the phone.So we proceed to go get in the drive thru line by the way was wrapped around the building. After sitting in the line for 45 minutes we go up to the window and gave the girl our name then she says what did you order because I can't find your name in the computer so I told her what I ordered and again she said she could not find our order.By this point I was upset so I told her never mind I would just go somewhere else. She never said I apologize for your order getting lost or anything. She just rolled her eyes at us and slammed the window shut.

It's always something when you go to this little ceasers. The door is always locke# in the lobby. When you go through the drive you can see the staff in the back smoking.
I ordered online when I was almost 20 minutes away and asked for it to be ASAP, so I could take it to a meeting with me. When I arrived they were just starting to make it and told me it would be 15-20 minutes. When I asked to cancel so I wouldn't be late for my meeting I was told I couldn't get my money back since it was ordered online.

Worst experience in my life ordering from here I placed my order on the app and I am a regular here at 5:00 sent someone to pick it up she waited in a line for a hour nothing was ready when she made it to the window and the staff was rude to her. So I drove all the way there and waited in a long line still wasn't ready I was assured 10 minutes so I went inside they gave me more of a wait then gave me a raw pizza. Never again will I eat here terrible service. Never in my life was I served raw pizza. I waited 2 hours and had to bake the pizza myself

I had placed a mobile order for drive through.they had a car waiting there for maybe 25 minutes we went around to the front it was closed there was maybe about 5-7 employees one employee opened the front door and informed me my order was ready for the past 15 minutes she said she would get my order what seemed to be her manger came and started rudely telling me I had to go to drive through my order was in the other employee hands I told her I would not be waiting another 25 minutes for cold food that was pre payed for and right there she handed me my food out of frustration and told me to leave when she went back inside she seemed to yell at her employee and ran off to hide in the restroom the lady was a blonde white on the heavier side was super rude and if she is the manger she is unqualified her employee under her or her coworkers were great trying to solve the issue and get everyone orders out

Always enjoy their pizzas and at affordable prices.
Food was solid. Nice even slices with good topping distribution. The team there was very kind and attentive. I was worried to go to this location due to the terrible reviews, but I am glad I took the chance. I don’t know if they have new management or employees, but they were AWESOME!

Rude kids who work her. One girl was literally eating at the prep station. They never have hot and readies ready still had to wait. If I didn’t go in there after 10 minutes I guarantee I would’ve waited for an hour. Terrible service. Please hire respectful adults who are not getting high literally beside the drive through door.
