I was pulled forward to a parking space and told it would be 20 mins and I waited 53 minutes for 2 pizzas and they weren’t busy at all

Hot and ready pizzas are literally never ready. The last 3 times we’ve stopped by (all around 5:30) we’ve been told that they’re out of pizzas and it’ll be a 15-20 minute wait.And nobody answers the phone to let you order ahead. The staff is incredibly rude when they deliver the information.Garbage location. We won’t waste our time there anymore. I hope their corporate office knows that the staff here is a big issue.

I was in such a hurry the day I stopped by this location. We feed the homeless and ran out of food so I picked up a few pizzas. The young man that helped me was so professional and kind. Nowadays the younger generation lack a proper work ethic but I see why you hired Isaiah. He was great!

Worst location in Murfreesboro! Wait times is always terrible are always excessive at this establishment! The pizzas and breads that should be “hot and ready” are almost never ready and needs to cooked. 0/10 do not recommend!

Ordered three boxes of the new craft puffs. It took 15 minutes to get an employee to the front counter even though we were the only customers. The puffs were make with no sauce at all, so they were extremely dry. All three boxes were quite burnt. Wouldn't recommend.

Cheese pizza Hot-N-Ready was nowhere near hot and it was overcooked

Do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere else; while I understand that this can be a stressful job, the employees here are in no hurry to help customers and cannot be bothered to correct their own errors. Not only that, they do not answer the phone ever so don't try to call ahead. Tuesday morning I placed an order for carryout later in the day- the event this pizza was needed for was canceled so I called within an hour of placing my order (and 3 hours prior to the order needing to be ready) to cancel my order- no answer. Called 6 more times prior to order pickup time- no answer. I went into the store and advise the employee on duty that I would no longer be needing this order and she advised me that the order had been canceled and my money will be refunded within a few days. I shouldn't be surprised at this point, but that did not happen. Not only did they complete my order as 'picked up' and charge me for it, when I went in today to rectify the situation, I was told by a tall, curly haired, blue eyed girl 'okay, don't care' when I told her that if they could not rectify this for me (because neither the store nor the local home office answered their phone for resolution) I would have to contact my bank. She's got one thing right, the staff here very clearly does not care about providing even slightly decent customer service, being available, etc. Will not be spending my money here again and I urge you to do the same. For pizza that is only subpar, you have to deal with entirely too much. I'll patronize a business that answers the phone, isn't staffed by rude employees and is willing to rectify issues caused by their team. Byeeeee.
I wanted zesty Italian, and it had no season. The majority outside pieces no cheese, crazy bread chewy. The red sauce when I got home learned it was turning sour. I had 3 of them. The hotn ready pep was very thin cooked to long or been on the warmer out of time.
