We normally love Longhorn. We don’t eat out often but when we do it’s here. Today my husband and I ordered for pickup. We ordered two of the exact same thing- 6 oz sirloin medium rare and sides. My steak was PERFECT, as were both our sides of asparagus and Cesar salads but my husbands steak smelled bad and was mushy. To the point you could push your finer or fork through it, more like mashed potatoes than steak. We did notify the restaurant, they offered a free app good for the next 14 days. Not my idea of compensation considering we paid for a steak and got rotten meat but ok. Doubtful we will use the free app coupon any time soon as it is hard to get over a steak like that. Hopefully the restaurant gets back up to the standard we’ve experienced in the past because today was a huge disappointment.

I normally really enjoy Longhorn but this experience was subpar. The server Ava was very short with us from the onset. It's okay that servers are not talkative, but she was not interested in our experience. I ordered the ribeye medium. It was perfectly cooked but it was tough. My cousins both said theirs were tough as well.

Hostess and server were friendly and provided prompt service. The entrees were delicious (parm chicken and steak). Husband said the steak was cooked better than at the chop house. The statues were dusty but everything else seemed fine.
