I love their potatoes. They are huge and perfectly cooked. The chicken Chipotle is my favorite. Their serving sizes are large and most of the time I have left overs to take home for lunch the next day. Others in our group had salads , sandwiches, or soup. Everyone said their food was really good.

We’ve always enjoyed McAlisters. Lately it’s been getting a little more sloppy. The photo shows how I’ve received my sandwich multiple times. I can’t even pick it up because the sauce has been poured everywhere. We have also always requested no pickles, with the information of an allergy, and they continually add pickles.

I just ordered from uber eats and I literally called this establishment and told them I wanted my bread changed on my sandwich, well my food arrives and guess what’s missing? MY WHOLE SANDWICH. how do you forget someone’s entire sandwich when they just called and made a modification to it ?, so if anything that should’ve been the main item in the bag instead all I received was a potato , mac and cheese and a bag of chips . How embarrassing.

So. This Yes. Our second adventure in to the McAlister's in murfreesboro.Today's experience was kind of a 2 part experience.The customer service by Rhonda and Laura was amazing.They were attentive knowledgeable very kind very helpful. The food on the other hand not so much the kitchen needs to spend a little bit more attention to detail in one looking at the orders that are actually. Put into their system when they make the food.There were items that were missing from our orders that the cashier actually put in to be included in our order. Just a quality overall the food was not very great the soups were non consistent.My soup was very watery my girlfriend soup was very condensed like there wasn't enough water or whatever they add to actually make the soup. Soup as well as I have the unexpected pleasure of biting into 1/2 of my? Sandwich and finding something in my Sandwich that I can only describe as what looked like a pine needle from a tree.Definitely something that should not have been in the Sandwich.Overall customer service experience great food quality and food preparation not so much whoever is in charge needs to really spend some time with the kitchen staff this is actually. The second time we've been in the first time was a disaster of epic proportion which is the reason we came in the second time to try it and.Wasn't much better of an experience? Other than the girls were very kind and generous.We just moved to the area we enjoy going on exploring new places in new things have not had a great experience with McAlister's and murfreesboro.It also to only find out that now they've discontinued their delicious Lemon cookies which made ever Be brought back from what we were told.Overall just not a really great spriances far as enjoying it and really wanting to go back to this particular McAlister's.

Pretty good food all around, but almost every time I go here they forget something about the order; every time I order their jalepeño turkey crunch it's missing bacon, for the spicy turkey melt it's missing avocado and I shouldn't have to make sure every single thing that belongs on the sandwich is actually on it.
