We waited for over 30 mins our meals after ordering at the kiosk. The kitchen seemed to have no organization and was struggling to get orders out. They were more concerned about Door Dash orders and mobile orders than in person customers.

Very unprofessional and unhelpful. I was picking up a Door Dash and saw seven (!) employees talking up front. There were no other customers, it was a Sunday afternoon. Absolutely no sense of urgency, did not care about filing the order, and only two were occupied with anything useful. If you order on this side of town, do not expect expedient service, and I would put quality into question after the kind of conversation I overheard.

My granddaughter and I stood at the counter for 20 minutes waiting for the black lady to take our order. She just kelp looking at us and working on orders for drive-thru and lobby until she had got them all done. But no one else was doing nothing. I stood there and watched them put salt on the fries and if u don't have high blood u will when u will when u eat those fries. That woman is rude she will tell u I'm the only one working so your just gonna have to wait.

If I could give this a negative I would. So I ordered here last night. I ordered on the app. When I had got to the place. Idk if it was the manager or what but he got unset that we weren’t there right after putting in our order. He looked at us and said it was ready was sitting on the counter for 20 minutes. I told him I didn’t know this was my first time ordering on the app. He than got upset cause it was a big order and the entire time we were waiting the workers were complaining about the order and having to remake it. Than the girl I asked about the happy meals she grab the receipt and said that’s not what you ordered and walked away. So I politely left. Worst experience with this place I will not return.
