This was the cleanest McDonald's we have been to. The customer service was also great. Larry took our order and carried it to the table for me because my hands were full and Jennifer was cleaning the lobby and asked if we needed anything and introduced herself and told us she was available if we needed anything. Our food was hot, fresh, and the order was right. Exceptional teamwork was happening behind the counter. We will be back.

I would like to say that everything went smoothly up until. I saw that my drink was marked as small and originally was medium, as seen in the picture. And so I asked nicely to person in the window about the cup being a small size and she took the cup from me no question asked. Then came this older lady with the person that I told about the cup and came at me with this nasty attitude. There was no need for her to come at me that way because I never was un polite to anyone. I'm pissed off for the fact that I know my place, and I know not to be rude to my elders. I just wish that the owner of this place can get back at me and I will meet with him in person so I can show him/her who this nasty attitude and rude person is so this person knows her place as well not to treat other like she did me. I feel sorry for her co-workers of this lady.

I was giving my order to the young lady. However, her mic was open to the person she was taking money from at the drive up Window. She had asked me what I wanted. As I continue to give her my order, she yells back at me, ma’am I’m not talking to you. I go to McDonald’s on the average of four times a week. I have never been treated so rudely. I just drove away. It wasn’t my fault. She had an open mic to the person she was taking money from and taking my order at the same time. Customer service is supposed to be.

Management is very rude and unprofessional. Every time I come the bun is hard and the fries have zero salt and taste like they’ve sat there for hours. When these issues are brought up, management yells back at customers. Not to mention the horrible wait times when their isn’t people in the lines to have to wait on. Seems like employees just stand around and do nothing while the drive through employees have to wait on them. Overall, if I could give 0 stars I would. Needs new management. Gross establishment as well..

I asked for extra salt on my fries they told me they couldn’t and gave me salt packets and the fries had 0 salt. Very rude staff and unprofessional. They do not have any idea how to provide customer service and can’t provide quality McDonald’s. Taste like I just got it out my fridge.

I placed a order through the app and pick up at the counter. The restaurant was very clean so were the bathrooms. The staff was very friendly and my order was correct hot and fresh. I go to this location often, and never have a bad experience.

Took around 45 mins to get our order. We have an 11 hour drive and wasted so much time here. The manager was really nice but that doesn’t make up for the rest of the group. The bathroom is gross too. Water all over the floor. Not sure if it flooded or what but I was trying not to slip and fall. Go anywhere else

Pathetic service. First time I had traded at.this MCDonalds in 2 yrs. I ordered pancakes. They were cold and the bacon. Even the 2 packs of pancake syrup were leaking syrup out of them like it was done deliberate. The 2 working there on fulfilling orders were nasty and rude. I will never return to McDonalds on Medical Center parkway. They did not even place a spoon,fork and knife in the bag. Check your orders. The manager needs to find better employees who care about the customer.
This particular McDonald's is always on top of sending out the hot and fresh food you want. Easily one of the top 3 locations in town.

I won't ever return to this location again. Ordered curbside, 4 burgers, 4 fries, 4 drinks, 20 pc nuggets and several other single items. Gentleman brought out order with all food in 1 bag that I couldn't even fold down to keep food warm. Only had 2 drinks on the tray he was carrying and had to go back inside to get the remaining drinks. Never did he ask for a drink carrier, and there was no way to drive and hold that many beverages. When I went inside to ask for another bag, and a drink carrier the manager was rude as though I was the inconvenience. Upon entering establishment there was syrup all over the floor, being tracked all over. Fries were cold, burgers were good.

Be sure to check your order. I didn't, and when I arrived home, I noticed they charged me but didn't give me my complete order, just one sandwich of 3 that I paid.
