Came on my lunch break.The food was terrible me and my co-workers was not satisfied with the rice.It was hard as a brick and the customer service was terrible and also the chicken had no flavor I'd rather go to chipotles

I placed an online order (roughly 930am)for 3 family packs to be picked up the next day at 1230pm. I received an email at 11pm that night stating my order had been canceled for uknown reasons. It was recommended that I contact the restaurant in regards to reorder. I have attempted to call 3x and always rerouted to voicemail. It would have been nice to know prior to 11pm at night that my order had been cancelled so that I could make alternative plans.. but the positive is that I learned a lesson prior to ordering for a huge graduation party in May! Thanks Moe’s!

Ordered 37 meals to go for our baseball team. Management was very helpful and accommodating. Everything was yummy and labeled so clearly. It was very easy to get our team fed! Thank you Mike & Jessica for all the organization!

I am currently injured, so I ordered curbside pick up. I sat outside for over an hour and no one came to bring my order. This is the second time now that this has happened to me so for future reference, anyone who decides to use curbside pick up here You might as well go inside and get your own food. They advertise curbside pick up, but do not provide curbside pick up.Also, I called this restaurant well over 20 times and no one answered, and it wasn’t even a busy night.

My wife, my daughter, and I went into Medical Center Moe's this past Sunday evening. My wife had a grocery order that we were picking up, so she had the idea to go there, under the impression that kids ate free on Sunday. In the past, we'd been there on two previous Sundays. Once we'd already paid for our daughter before we realized the deal, and the second time, we used the deal. This is a deal that is EASILY Google-able and it is stated on several search results.Well, when we got inside, my wife asked if the deal was still a thing. The young lady behind the counter stated they did not do that and had not done it for a long time. That is fine, but as my wife and I discussed whether or not we would stay there to dine, I noticed the young lady walk over to another young man behind the counter and ask him about the deal. He told her that it has NEVER been a thing, as if we were making it up! As I stated, we've been in before and paid for what we needed to eat, so we weren't looking for them to change rules just for us. It was more the way we were made to look like we were lying about it to get a free KIDS meal.We eventually leave and end up at another spot that, ironically, had the same offer on Sundays. My wife asked about their deal, to which we were told that they also recently stopped doing it. We were just going to leave, but a man who appeared to be the shift manager coaxed us into staying and offered to take care of our kids meal! We had a great dinner at this establishment, and needless to say, I also ended up leaving a very generous gratuity for their kindness.Ultimately, we were not looking for a handout. We were just looking to take advantage of an offer that is clearly stated upon research. Customer service has become a lost art, and sometimes, just treating customers kindly goes a LONG WAY. Please do better, Moe's, and make sure your service people understand what customer service TRULY IS!

I would not give one star for a minor issue, but this place was flat out unsanitary. The man preparing mine turned around and sneezed into his arm, did not change gloves, then proceeded to handle toppings with his hands. I politely asked him if he could change gloves and remake. He stared at me like I aaked something huge of him, no apology. Someone else made the rest of mine. When we sat down my daughter found a hair in hers. We left and asked for a refund. Not a single apology. This place needs a visit from the health dept.

Chicken quesadilla for lunch, food was delicious and had plenty of options. Very impressed with the speed and quality of the food. I will be definitely be stopping by again for lunch.

My service today was horrible.My son asked to put his “kid burrito “in a small bowl and an older blonde woman (who didn’t give her name )denied the request and said it was against “Moe’s” policy. When I explained he doesn’t want the tortilla and confirmed that we have ordered this before at other Moe’s and this very location, her reply was “Well I’m not”.My family will not spend our money at this location anymore.We will be escalating matters further with the corporate office.

Went in for a burrito and I got half steak and half chicken. I’m aware that I would be charged for the highest which is the steak but I received more chicken and from what I counted 5 pieces of steak. I then was charged for double meat when I was told I wouldn’t. Employees didn’t care and fanned me off. On top of that food was

We love eating at moes. Haven’t been there in a long time so we wanted to go. The service was great not going to complain there. When ordering the food some items didn’t look so fresh. The lettuce looked wilted, the guac was pretty browned (which I understand can happen quickly), pico looked old. I ordered a bowl & I love how much they give you but this time the portion was almost half of what I usually get. They also forgot to give us our queso that we ordered. Overall just disappointing.

Food was good, although it wasn't very warm. The guy forgot to give us our queso and when we reminded him about it he seemed agitated and didnt give chips with it. We also barely got any chips with our meals. This is the only moes I've ever had issues with. Like I'm going to keep going, but maybe I'll do an online order next time so I don't have to deal with it.
