That Bean and cheese burrito kids meal is so good! You can get rice instead of fries. My daughter likes the chicken quesadilla with everything on it. So she likes the adult meal and I like the kids meal. But it works!?

I'm so disappointed ? this was our go to restaurant. I grew up in the southwest and grew up with authentic Mexican food and this location was always kind of nostalgic. We always did order pick ups and when we got the food home it was always so worth the wait to get home. But today, we did our usual order pickup, I ordered a enchilada and a burrito. The burrito was completely wrong, not sure what meat it was but from the one bite I took it wasn't what I ordered. I said no problem, I'll just eat my enchilada with the beans and rice which that alone would be enough food. When I opened it I noticed it looked kinda misshapen and weird. I took a small bite of the end and it was off. I started to move the sour cream and lettuce and there was nothing under there? The tortilla was dissolved. There wasn't anything really there. It seemed like someone ate most of it and they tried to cover it up. I tried to call and ask for maybe a refund on at least this portion of the 70 dollar order with a 15% tip but they said I had to drive back to show the cook. When I got there they acted like they didn't want to deal with me and would barely let me explain. Not only was I served possibly partially eaten or even old food but now I've been made to feel embarrassed and like they didn't even believe me. I can never go back here again and will try to convince anyone I know to not come to this location. I know that seems extreme but I can't believe this whole situation. I'm very disappointed, shaking, upset and nauseous. Appetite is completely gone. My husband couldn't even finish his food because he was so upset about it. Very poor experience ?

Oscar's is a great taco shop. I actually only ever get them carne asada barrito and tolled tacos. But I'm sure everything else is just as good. And when you ask for tamotio sauce, they give you an entire sqweeze bottle of it. Great if you are a hot sauce fan. I highly recommend Oscar's Taco Shop.

Our Total was 17.01. She Wouldn’t process our order until we Went and found a penny. We had 17 even or a $100. No change for the hundred of course, The guy beside me gave us a penny to get us through the line. She made something a big deal for no reason. It Wasn’t the end of the world on our end but super petty. Next situation was the woman placing her order behind me not wanting to process the coupon she brought because it expired by 1 day even though they said on the phone they would take it. so she made her go out to her car and cut the new one and hold up the line, she is just petty. Also they won’t take an order over the phone now without paying first which is also strange. All we know now is that we ate here twice a week for two years now and will not be going back. And just to add the food is good and great portions for the $. But the service is terrible.

Ordered a bean & rice burrito - The burrito had one bite of rice, some beans and the rest tortilla. They did not fill this burrito at all. It was disappointing to pay $6 for a tortilla with a bit of beans - No wonder why it was empty on a Saturday!!!The guacamole was delicious & chips warm.The staff were very friendly.***-The Mount Juliet location actually puts food in their burritos, so you are getting more than just an expensive tortilla.
