The honey walnut shrimp is always SO good.. That's the only reason for leaving 2-stars. My chow mein was more like coleslaw with how much cabbage there was compared to noodles. I dont think I'll order again from this location.

I can not tell you how excited I was for this location to open! I counted down days! My family went a few says after opening, and that experience was great. Afterward, it has been everything, but great.If we go in person, the experience is okay. If we order through the app, the experience is awful. It's become a guessing game on what items we get or don't get. The store blames the app, the delivery driver blames the store, and we are stuck here in the middle just mad. We've reported one meal as just canceled completely on the driver's end and the store did comp that meal - thank you. Everything else is just plain silly and trivial to the point it's just irritating.We never get the egg rolls we order - which is $2.00 for one, and we never get the sauce we request - this is all sauce by the way. Soy sauce, sweet and sour sauce, any sauce. We never get any. The kid pack comes with a drink, and we never get that either. I've even swapped it up to just get the apple juice box, and sometimes we get that one. We've ordered adult drinks before, and never have we gotten those. I tried ordering the bottled water, thinking maybe if it was a bottled thing, maybe we'd get lucky, and still, it wasn't included.The icing on the cake, though, is tonight. We ordered a Kung Pao Chicken Bowl, among other things, and ended up with an Orange Chicken Bowl. We ordered the Kung Pao because my poor husband had teeth pulled, and the Kung Pao is soft enough to not bother him, and now he was stuck with crispy chicken. If there was a substitution, we should have been notified or something, but we weren't. Any other time, this might have been okay, and I wouldn't have gone out of my way to complain about the little and trivial ways that this location has continued to disappoint me. However, completely messing up, my husband's ordered for a crispy chicken instead of a softer chicken just plain sucks. The bag even said Kung Pao Chicken, which means someone wasn't paying attention or doesn't care.

In an attempt to mask the unpleasant scent of the stale orange chicken, it looks like they poured more orange chicken sauce on it. Needless to say, the takeout was disappointing and I have no intention of returning to this restaurant again..

In an attempt to mask the unpleasant scent of the stale orange chicken, it looks like they poured more orange chicken sauce on it. Went through the drive thru tonight, I had ordered online, so when I pulled up my food was already ready and the girl at the window handed me my bag and said have a good day. She had forgotten my drinks which happens with online orders, not a big deal.Anyway long story short she gives me one cup halfway full (literally halfway full, I’m not trying to be dramatic but there’s no way she didn’t see it. It had to be purposefully done.)of some kind of strawberry soda which isn’t what I ordered. And the other one was a large Diet Coke which was correct, but as soon as I drive off the bottom breaks and starts leaking. In trying to drive and hold the bottom, I drop the whole thing in the passenger floorboard of my 3 month old car. I park, make my way across the icy parking lot that they didn’t salt or shovel, I fix the drink that was wrong and grab about a million napkins from the drink station. Those didn’t even touch the mess that was my floorboard so I go back in and ask for paper towels and told her what happened. She was nice about it and remade the drinks, which I didn’t ask for because I had already fixed the one and my stupid car only has one cupholder anyway. I’m an idiot for even buying two drinks in the first place. Anyway I told her thanks but I don’t want the drinks and she says “just take them.”So I just poured them out into the drink drain and tried to throw them away, but their trashcan was overflowing and someone had thrown a full drink away which spilled all over the floor when I tried to throw my empty cups away. All their employees were either sitting down or standing around doing nothing so I just left the mess. That’s on yall for not taking out the trash. I feel bad about it but whatever. I just left, tried to fix the mess in my car, and drove back to work. I was 15 minutes late from my lunch break, which we get written up for, and I still hadn’t eaten my food. And yes I did cry on my way back to work.2 stars overall bc the food was good. But I think I’ve ordered here like 6 times and my order is always wrong. Please for the love of God train your employees better and get better cups

This is why I quit eating at Panda and I hope it lets me post the pics. I ordered the Chow Mein an I swear there's a whole damn head of cabbage in there. I'm not exaggerating! If I wanted cabbage I would go to a place that serves it! There was very little noodles at all! Idk, I use to love this place but it's going down hill. Seems like everything is greasy and the egg rolls are always cold!! Just lost a customer. Wish the experiences could have been better.

I had orange chicken with fried rice. My wife had the walnut shrimp with fried rice. Both meals were delicious. Service was speedy and exact. We ate in. The seating is basic, not very comfortable but adequate. Restaurant is very clean.
